| This episode marks the only time in the series where Pongo and Perdita’s original fifteen Dalmatians were favored over the rest of the Dalmatians that they had adopted. This is also the only episode in the series to show all of the original Dalmatians in one big group. | The three part series finale was released on Video CD shortly after it aired on television, though the Video CD contained musical segments that didn’t air on television. This episode contained a musical song entitled ‘Dalmatian Vacation’, which showed the Dalmatians on the bus as they head off to begin their vacation. The musical segment mostly focuses on the main characters, in which Lucky, Rolly and Cadpig each talk about what they want to do on their vacation and how much they’ll enjoy their trip. Chronologically, this musical scene would have taken place right after the Dalmatians get on the bus to head off to begin their vacation. |

| (Lucky is holding a bag in his mouth, Roger walks up to him and takes the bag)
Roger: Thanks, Lucky.
Lucky: (to Cadpig and Rolly) Isn’t this great? Our first vacation! A chance for adventure and exciting new places!
(Cadpig walks up with a camera on her head)
Cadpig: I see it as a spiritual pilgrimage, traveling further on my journey to a perfect, Zen-like state.
(Cadpig starts to meditate, Roger walks up and takes the camera)
Roger: Thanks, Cadpig.
(Rolly has his head stuck through a tennis racket)
Rolly: I don’t care what state we’re in…
(Roger takes the tennis racket off of Rolly’s head and looks at the hole)
Roger: Rolly?
Rolly: (continuing where he left off) …as long as I get to sample the local food. | Roger: Oh, this trip is going to be so romantic; I can’t wait to see her face.
Nanny: Anita hasn’t figured out the surprise, has she?
Roger: No, she doesn’t even have a clue. She still thinks we’re gonna go see the Biddle Burg Bivalves in spring training! Now, don’t say anything, I want to tell her at just the right time. | Anita: Roger, about the trip…
Roger: (interrupting) Ok, ok, ok. This trip is really not about the Bivalves.
Anita: It’s not? But you said it meant so much to you.
Roger: Well, not as much as out anniversary. Two weeks from today, we’re gonna end our trip at the church where we were married, to renew our wedding vows. Anita Dearly, will you marry me again?
Anita: I will marry you again, Roger Dearly! | Lucky: Climb in Spot, there’s room for one more.
Spot: Uh, no thanks. Chickens have road issues, like crossing them.
Cadpig: Okay.
Spot: Don’t forget to write!
(The bus drives off; Spot’s mother walks up to Spot)
Cornelia: It’s going to be so nice without the pups! Think of all the poultry fun we can have together!
Spot: Uh, what did you have in mind, mom?
Cornelia: Oh, we’ll have a marvelous time! Sitting on eggs, and clucking mindlessly about sitting on eggs, and sitting on eggs some more, and sitting on some eggs, and clucking…
Spot: (running after the bus) Wait for me! | (Rolly is sitting on top of Cadpig)
Cadpig: Thanks to Cruella, we’re taking the scenic route of Rolly’s big butt!
Rolly: I’m not fat!
Lucky: Yeah, we haven’t been off of this bus in hours. | (Spot saw the Dearlys pull out of a chicken restaurant)
Spot: The Dearlys, they were here! (She begins to run after them, but she stops) I wonder why they were here, only chicken eaters stop here… Oh, that is sick! | (Roger and Anita are at the waterfall)
Anita: Oh Roger, it’s beautiful.
Roger: It is, isn’t it? Even Cruella can’t ruin a moment like this.
(Roger and Anita lean in for a kiss, though Cruella starts coughing)
Cruella: All this moisture is making my nasal cavities back up with mucus. |
| |
| At the end of the episode, Cruella makes a memo to herself as she does throughout the course of the series, though instead of using her recording device, she uses her phone. | When Rolly entered the dog food factory, he had the front of a watch on his collar. However, in the scenes before he went into the factory, as well as the scenes after he left the factory, the watch piece is nowhere to be found on his collar. |
