The crisis with air traffic control is still standing and the terrorists make a demonstration of how serious they are. Jack Bauer and Renee Walker try to find the sniper who shot the suspect they were interrogating and Jack believes someone inside the FBI is a mole. Meanwhile, the President's husband talks to Samantha Roth concerning the truth about the tragic loss of his son. Also, the FBI manages to arrest Tony Almeida and take him into custody.
