Jack rushes to the aid of CTU Director Richard Walsh who comes into possession of a keycard and ends up in a shootout. Gaines encounters trouble acquiring Martin Belkin's ID from Mandy. Elsewhere, Kim realises the gravity of her situation.

3 :01x03 - 2:00 A.M.-3:00 A.M.

As Kim and Janet temporarily escape their captors, Senator Palmer learns that his son may have been involved in the death of his daughter's rapist 7 years ago. Gaines finally gets Belkin's ID from Mandy, while Jack delivers the keycard to CTU.

4 :01x04 - 3:00 A.M.-4:00 A.M.

Jamey extracts an address from the keycard and Jack pursues it. Teri and Alan York are pulled over for speeding and Alan complicates the situation. District Director George Mason returns to lockdown CTU. Janet gets picked up by an ambulance.

5 :01x05 - 4:00 A.M.-5:00 A.M.

Jack skirts Mason in order to break a cop-killer out of jail. Teri and Alan track Janet down at St. Mark's Hospital. Kim's kidnappers deliver to Gaines. Palmer confronts his son about the death of Lyle Gibson.

6 :01x06 - 5:00 A.M.-6:00 A.M.

Kim and Rick bury the murdered Dan, Janet is moved out of ICU and the truth about "Alan York" is revealed. Jack finds Teri at St. Mark's, but their reunion is short-lived as Gaines uses his leverage against Jack.

7 :01x07 - 6:00 A.M.-7:00 A.M.

Gaines orders Jack to switch the keycard that Milo is decrypting with a decoy. Teri learns Alan York's true identity; Rick resolves to help Kim escape.

8 :01x08 - 7:00 A.M.-8:00 A.M.

Gaines orders Jack to a Los Angeles nuclear power plant where Senator Palmer is giving a public address, which Jonathan also attends as Martin Belkin. At CTU, Nina and Tony deal with Jamey, who is revealed as the mole. Teri is delivered by Kevin Carroll, formerly Alan York, to Gaines' facility, where she is reunited with Kim.

9 :01x09 - 8:00 A.M.-9:00 A.M.

Jack escapes Secret Service custody and takes a waitress hostage. Tony and Nina threaten to bring Jamey's son in if she doesn't cooperate. Teri makes a difficult sacrifice to protect Kim. Sherry persuades Maureen Kingsley not to go public with the Lyle Gibson murder story.

10 :01x10 - 9:00 A.M.-10:00 A.M.

Jamey dies after slitting her wrists. Jack requires Nina's help to escape a police perimeter in downtown Los Angeles. Teri and Kim secure a cellphone and call CTU. Drazen informs Gaines of a Plan B that may not involve him. Carl takes care of the evidence against Keith.

11 :01x11 - 10:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M.

Jack poses as a limo driver to meet with a possible suspect. Rick gives Teri and Kim an advantage. A new acting director is brought in to take over the CTU. Drazen's Plan B is set into motion, eliminating the need for Jack's family. Teri suffers from abdominal pains.

12 :01x12 - 11:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M.

Jack meets Kevin Carroll again and dragoons him into taking him to his family. Rick helps Teri and Kim escape as Gaines' men evacuate the compound. Nina and Tony are interrogated by Alberta Green as to Jack's whereabouts. Palmer learns the fate of George Farragamo.

13 :01x13 - 12:00 P.M.-1:00 P.M.

In a hasty escape, Jack instructs Teri and Kim to go ahead to a safespot where he will meet them. Gaines and Carroll stalk Jack and Rick through the woods outside the compound. Palmer demands to make a public statement to the DA. Nina and Tony question Jamey's mother.

14 :01x14 - 1:00 P.M.-2:00 P.M.

Another assassin makes quick work of cleaning up the mess of Gaines' operation. Teri and Kim are taken to a hospital for examination. Palmer learns that planted evidence can implicate Keith in Farragamo's death. Regional Director Ryan Chappelle comes in to take Jack's statement.

15 :01x15 - 2:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M.

Palmer visits Jack at CTU and their connection is finally revealed. Nina supervises the transportation of Teri and Kim to the CTU safehouse. Someone inside Palmer's campaign is connected to the hitman. Jack and Palmer find a third target with information on the assassins.

16 :01x16 - 3:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M.

Elizabeth Nash is brought into CTU for questioning. Jack finds his resources at work severely cut due to his probationary status. The safehouse is attacked after Nina leaves and Teri and Kim barely escape. Jack and Mason devise a plan that may give them an advantage against the assassins.

17 :01x17 - 4:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M.

Jack and Mason implement a delicate operation attempting to place a tracker on assassin Alexis Drazen. Teri, still without her memory, runs across a familiar restaurant where she meets a man from her past, Dr. Phil Parslow. Kim contacts CTU, but refuses to disclose her whereabouts, turning instead to Rick. Keith procures proof of Carl's involvement in Farragamo's death.

18 :01x18 - 5:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M.

Jack is forced to the work with Teddy Hanlin, the ex-partner of one of the agents Jack busted, when he poses as Alexis Drazen to contact a man with information on the remainder of the assassination plot. Tony questions Mason's ethics dealing with the disappearance of Jack's family. Dr. Parslow diagnoses Teri before taking her home. Kim and Rick meet Dan's brother, Frank.

19 :01x19 - 6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M.

Teri returns home in an effort to jog her memory. Mason and Jack investigate a lead at a wildlife preserve in Sargus, obtained by Palmer. Frank gets nervous after learning of Dan's death, because the lack of money puts a kink in his planned drug deal.

20 :01x20 - 7:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M.

Jack continues his search of an apparently deserted area, finding a Class III detention facility run by Mark DeSalvo, who knows why the Drazens want the power cut. Mason heads back to interrogate Alexis Drazen. Rick tells Kim what to tell the cops. The country responds to Palmer's press conference regarding Keith.

21 :01x21 - 8:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M.

Andre Drazen leads an incursion team to break out his father, the very-much-alive Victor Drazen. Teri returns to the CTU. Jack ends up on the wrong side of a hostage situation. Kim is interrogated and stands up to Melanie in prison. Mason, Nina and Tony run a rescue operation. Palmer wins the 11 primary states in an advance poll, and learns of his speechwriter's secret affections for him.

22 :01x22 - 9:00 P.M.-10:00 P.M.

Victor offers a deal to the Feds. Palmer makes his own deal in order to help Jack after learning the elder Drazen is alive. CTU learns the latest on Kim.

23 :01x23 - 10:00 P.M.-11:00 P.M.

Jack is forced to do the Drazen's bidding. CTU uncovers a lead on a second traitor. Kim witnesses the reunion of Victor and Alexis. Palmer deals with the advances of his affectionate speechwriter.

24 :01x24 - 11:00 P.M.-12:00 A.M.

Sherry Palmer makes a move in her discontent over David's faked death. Jack offers himself in exchange for his daughter's life and squares off against the Drazens. Nina, the second mole, makes a hasty escape from CTU headquarters that is delayed when Teri intrudes. David Palmer makes a final decision concerning Sherry.

25 :02x01 - Day 2: 8:00 A.M.-9:00 A.M.

It's been a year since Jack lost his wife, and the emotional toll includes estrangement from his daughter Kim, who is now a live-in au pair for a troubled family. Jack is no longer with CTU, and no longer interested in that line of work - until he's summoned directly by President Palmer. The situation: terrorists have planted a nuclear device somewhere in Los Angeles and plan to detonate it within 24 hours.

26 :02x02 - Day 2: 9:00 A.M.-10:00 A.M.

Jack reestablishes his undercover identity to join a crew of suspected terrorists that may know something about the nuclear device planted in Los Angeles. Posing as career criminal Jack Roush, his only hope in proving his loyalty to them lies in the package he's carrying. Meanwhile, President Palmer deals with a curious press, including one particularly skeptical reporter; Kim tries to protect Megan from her father; and Kate Warner follows up on suspicions about her sister's fiance.

27 :02x03 - Day 2: 10:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M.

Jack tries to undermine Eddie's mission to bomb CTU while George investigates intel leading him to the site of the nuclear bomb's construction and Kim tries to make contact with her father by heading for CTU headquarters.

28 :02x04 - Day 2: 11:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M.

Mason faces a no-win situation, while his attempts to retrieve vital information may cost other lives; Reza joins Kate on an errand; Tony and Michelle deal with the aftermath of the CTU bombing; Kim tries to talk Carla into taking a stand for Megan; Jack faces off with Joseph Wald to learn who gave the order to bomb CTU.

29 :02x05 - Day 2: 12:00 P.M.-1:00 P.M.

George refuses to allow Jack to assist in Nina's interrogation. Jack resorts to blackmail to change George's mind. Palmer and Stanton meet with a Middle Eastern ambassador who may be in league with Second Wave. Tony visits the Warner home and questions Reza about his possible connection with Syed Ali.

30 :02x06 - Day 2: 1:00 P.M.-2:00 P.M.

Nina tries to set the rules as Jack begins his interrogation of the woman who betrayed CTU and killed his wife; the president - dealing with the aftermath of another tragedy - tries to curb speculation by the media and learns from a surprisingly informed source that one of his orders has been countermanded; Marie hurls accusations at her sister Kate as Tony continues to question Reza; Miguel tries to distract Gary at the hospital; and Kim reaches Megan.

31 :02x07 - Day 2: 2:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M.

Finesse rather than force is required once Jack and Nina reach Visalia; Palmer directs his Chief of Staff to investigate Sherry's charge that a conspiracy within his own government is trying to undermine him; Mason contacts his estranged son; Warner and Reza are taken to CTU.

32 :02x08 - Day 2: 3:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M.

While Nina and Faheen are brought together, Jack and Michelle must try and decipher their conversation in Arabic for any clue to where the bomb is located; Kim and Miguel are questioned by the police for details about a grizzly discovery in the trunk of Gary's car; and Tony interrogates Reza and Bob, who contradict each other about their possible terrorist ties; Palmer deals with an information leak; and the crew transporting the nuclear device encounters trouble.

33 :02x09 - Day 2: 4:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M.

Jack and Nina's plane crashes; Tony discovers Mason's secret; Mason pits Reza against Bob to discover which of them has ties to the terrorist; Palmer thinks about out how to deal with Weiland's news broadcast.

34 :02x10 - Day 2: 5:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M.

Palmer helps Jack get away from Nina; Jack learns the commandos who attacked him may have been sent by the NSA; Kim and Miguel try to get away from the police; Mason sinks into nostalgia as his time grows short; Reza helps CTU agents search Bob's computer files.

35 :02x11 - Day 2: 6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M.

Jack utilizes Kate's unique knowledge to track Syed Ali; Palmer goes to an extreme to extract information from Stanton about the bomb; Kim eludes the California State Police and faces a new and unexpected enemy; Sherry tries to play Stanton's arrest to earn the President's trust; Tony continues the interrogation of Robert Warner.

36 :02x12 - Day 2: 7:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M.

Robert Warner gives some history on Marie, who talks to Kate; Jack explores a suspect's vulnerability; Mason tells Tony to stop searching for Kim; Lynne investigates a suspicion about Sherry.

37 :02x13 - Day 2: 8:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M.

Jack organizes an assault on the paramilitary unit Corral Snake at Norton Airfield Base; Kim becomes acclimated to her new environs when a hunter finds her with an ankle injury; Roger Stanton cracks under the pressure of Ted Simmons interrogation; a CTU Division agent tries to evaluate the Counter-Terrorism Unit's capabilities; Palmer utilizes Sherry's connections to investigate a lead.

38 :02x14 - Day 2: 9:00 P.M.-10:00 P.M.

Jack learns the plane supposedly transporting the bomb is a decoy; Palmer confronts Sherry with information obtained from Roger Stanton; CTU initiates a search for the seventh commando of the Corral Snake unit; Kate aids in the interrogation of a suspect; Kim is led to believe that the nuclear bomb has detonated; George Mason steps down, assigning Tony Almeida the new Director of CTU.

39 :02x15 - Day 2: 10:00 P.M.-11:00 P.M.

A detonation deadline is established for the nuclear bomb; Palmerís staff considers two courses of action for the bomb's disposal; Kim leaves Lonnie McRaeís cabin to head for San Jose and contacts her father; Jack volunteers for a disposal mission from which he may not return; Mason makes one last bid to die a hero; Palmer and Mike Novick board Air Force One for Los Angeles; Tony and the CTU staff analyze personal effects from Syed Aliís safehouse.

40 :02x16 - Day 2: 11:00 P.M.-12:00 A.M.

Syed Ali denies that the recordings retrieved from his safehouse are authentic; Palmer preps a major military action against the three suspect nations; Sniper-fire interrupts Ali's transfer to Guantanamo; Suspicion over the recordings spark tensions between Jack and Tony; Palmer affords Jack a matter of hours to provide proof of Ali's statements; Kim walks into a desperate hostage situation; Jack is contacted by the surviving member of Corral Snake with an odd demand.

45 :02x21 - Day 2: 4:00 A.M.-5:00 A.M.

Jack rescues Kate and retrieves the Cypress Chip; tensions escalate in the CTU between those still supporting Jack's mission, and those trying to stop it; Palmer faces a Cabinet tribunal demanding his resignation; Kim is released from police custody; Jack follows the only useful lead obtained from the damaged Cypress Chip.

46 :02x22 - Day 2: 5:00 A.M.-6:00 A.M.

Backdoor dealings, back stabbings and an actual stabbing convolute matters in this piercing hour, as Jack comes face-to-face with a pair of key players. One can prove the Cyprus recording is a fake; the other knows enough to blow the entire case wide open. But both begin to question their mutual trust when Jack tries to play each against the other. Meanwhile, a shakedown at CTU puts Jack's quest to rest once staffers are informed of a major shake-up in DC; Tony learns he has something in common with Palmer, who lobbies for an ally and talks with a turncoat; and Jack encourages Kim to put a definitive end to the source of her problems.

47 :02x23 - Day 2: 6:00 A.M.-7:00 A.M.

Chappelle's unavailability prompts Division to question Tony, who puts Michelle in position to circumvent their command; Palmer is asked to perform a final executive action; Jack proposes a deal between conspirators.

Jack and Sherry Palmer prepare for a dangerous meeting with the head of the war conspiracy at the L.A. Coliseum; David Palmer sits in as the Cabinet waits for confirmation of the Cypress Chip's invalidity; the air strike on the Middle East draws nearer; the conspiracy goes to an old agent to put Palmer out of play.

49 :03x01 - Day 3: 1:00 P.M.-2:00 P.M.

The third season opens three years after President Palmer's palm peril, with Jack Bauer back onboard at CTU for the latest L.A. crisis - a lethal virus. While taut situations define the series, what stands out in this commercial-free opener are the telltale tensions among the personalities. The president's impatient brother is his new chief of staff; a more mature Kim Bauer is a new CTU techie who has a strangely testy co-worker; and lone ranger Jack is now paired with an edgy new partner, Chase.

50 :03x02 - Day 3: 2:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M.

Jack and Chase visit the last address of the infected body; Palmer suggests cancelling the debate, but Wayne disagrees, hinting at a vulnerability in their opponent; Hector's location is narrowed down.

51 :03x03 - Day 3: 3:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M.

Jack and Nicole Duncan invade the Singer's home, and soon realize that the virus is out. They quarantine the place, but the powder turns out to be uncontaminated, and Jack pieces together that Kyle is infected with the virus. Chase is still angry that Jack sidelined him because of his relationship with Kim.

52 :03x04 - Day 3: 4:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M.

Kyle escapes the sting at the mall while Tony is critically wounded; Kyle and his girlfriend are later captured by Salazar's men. Palmer must refuse to negotiate so Jack turns "rogue" to break Salazar out of prison so the virus isn't released, but Chase gets in the way. And despite the advice of his brother, Palmer eventually decides not to pay off Anne's ex-husband.

53 :03x05 - Day 3: 5:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M.

Jack's "rescue" of Salazar goes awry when they get caught in the eye of the prison riot; Chloe unwittingly discovers Jack's heroin addiction; during the debate, Palmer is grilled by his opponent; Kyle tries to hang himself, only to have him and his girlfriend rescued. CTU finds Kyle Singer. Jack and Salazar get in a chopper and leave. Just as they're taking off Chase gets a call that Singer has been taken into custody, but he can't get a hold of Jack.

54 :03x06 - Day 3: 6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M.

Jack's chopper is forced to land in Downtown LA. He and Salazar steal a car and make for the airport to get Salazar out of the country. Kyle Singer is brought into the LA Health Unit; several tests reveal that he is, in fact, not infected. Tony gets out of surgery, and will make a full recovery. Kim learns that Gael is a Mole when she finds his laptop containing surveilance data on Jack and Kyle and is held captive.

55 :03x07 - Day 3: 7:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M.

Aboard Salazar's plane, his men have a hard time restraining him from killing Jack, now their hostage; Bauer manages to turn the tables on his captors and hold Ramon at gunpoint until the plane lands.

56 :03x08 - Day 3: 8:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M.

Anne meets with her ex-husband to pick up letters that will prove her innocence, but things get out of hand; Hector fills Ramon in the reasons for their new alliance with Jack Bauer and assures him that once they buy the virus, they will kill him; Claudia reveals her true nature when she tells Jack how angry she is with him for leaving her behind when his operation ended; Chase arrives in Mexico, and compromises Jack's cover.

57 :03x09 - Day 3: 9:00 P.M.-10:00 P.M.

The President briefs the nation on why he ended the debate early. He tells a reporter that Anne is innocent, and that they have proof. A high ranking campaign donor insists that Palmer fire Wayne over an affair he had with his wife; Jack makes contact again with Claudia and tells her the plan. He asks for her help in keeping Chase alive and in helping them to escape once the deal is done. The deal goes sour when Nina Myers shows up to buy the virus, outbidding the Salazar's. Jack, Hecter and Ramon plot to steal the virus back from her. What is initially percieved as Tony having memory problems is starting to look like its Kim who is making mistakes.

58 :03x10 - Day 3: 10:00 P.M.-11:00 P.M.

With Jack still undercover, the Salazars torture Chase looking for information about CTUís plans to seize the virus. Meanwhile, Palmerís presidency is being sabotaged by a onetime supporter who wants Wayne fired. To combat this, Palmer turns to a surprising source of help.

59 :03x11 - Day 3: 11:00 P.M.-12:00 A.M.

Jack forces Nina to work with him in order to get the virus from Amador. Palmer meets with Sherry and convinces her to help him deal with Milliken. Chase remains in Mexico to help with the capture of the virus. Ramon and Hector quarrel when Hector wants to pull out of the deal.

60 :03x12 - Day 3: 12:00 A.M.-1:00 A.M.

Tensions escalate at CTU with the arrival of a cocky systems analyst and a question about Chloe's baby; Sherry gets the goods on Milliken, but Palmer balks at the price.

61 :03x13 - Day 3: 1:00 A.M.-2:00 A.M.

Sherry goes to drastic measures to keep Milliken quiet for good. Nina still needs to complete her objective and she uses new tactics in order to try and secure the virus. A friend of Nina Myers enters the plot. At CTU problems arise and Chloe's skills are needed but she and Angela have left, Chloe comes back to CTU and will soon use her skills to ensure the safety of Los Angeles.

62 :03x14 - Day 3: 2:00 A.M.-3:00 A.M.

After confronting Jack about his drug use, Chappelle considers pulling him from active duty. Meanwhile, Chase faces a secret he's been keeping from CTU; and Sherry creates a dangerous lie to cover her connection to Alan Milliken.

63 :03x15 - Day 3: 3:00 A.M.-4:00 A.M.

Chappelle threatens to pull Jack from the investigation for killing a material witness, but Jack persuades him to hold off when they find a fresh lead on Amador's whereabouts. Amador and Alvers meet with the man who is planning to unleash the virus in LA within the hour. Michelle and Gael locate the target area, but things really hit the fan when they attempt to capture Alvers in the process of releasing the virus. Wayne argues with Sherry over the consequences of Milliken's death as the police turn up the heat on Julia.

64 :03x16 - Day 3: 4:00 A.M.-5:00 A.M.

Jack and Chase track Amador in the hopes that he can lead them to the man behind the virus attack. Michelle faces a mob riot when the hotel is quarantined. Sherry extorts Palmer, forcing him to manufacture her alibi for the police.

65 :03x17 - Day 3: 5:00 A.M.-6:00 A.M.

Saunders begins making demands on the President. He forces Palmer to hold a strange press conference and then orders the death of the CTU agent who can trace him. Jack learns of a woman who can lead him to Saunders, but a surprise attack shifts the balance of power. As Gael's symptoms get worse, Michelle devises a way to relieve the suffering of the victims at the hotel.

66 :03x18 - Day 3: 6:00 A.M.-7:00 A.M.

Jack and Chase race against time to capture Saunders before the deadline, while Chappelle plans an escape. Michelle begins a frantic search when she learns that an infected hotel guest may have slipped through her fingers.

67 :03x19 - Day 3: 7:00 A.M.-8:00 A.M.

Jack urges caution with a new lead and it comes back to bite him; Cole seeks help for his nose; Palmer convenes the cabinet before hearing Saunders' next demand, and ultimate goal.

68 :03x20 - Day 3: 8:00 A.M.-9:00 A.M.

The President is ordered to leave L.A., and asks the press to help maximize public safety; Jack gives Jane a crash course on her father; the virus affects another CTU operative.

69 :03x21 - Day 3: 9:00 A.M.-10:00 A.M.

Jane and Kim head back to Los Angeles in the CTU motorcade. President Palmer must make a decision regarding Saunders newest demand. Sherry approaches Palmer's political opponent with a unique offer. CTU gets intel on Saunders location but soon realize he has a new asset.

70 :03x22 - Day 3: 10:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M.

Jack is about 100 miles outside of Los Angeles. He makes his way to the coast of the city of Santa Barbara. He gets a lead on the bio-terrorists and goes to Cal State Santa Barbara University. He engages in a fierce chase and firefight and recovering Kim from the hands of the terrorists is his primary objective. Jack's secondary objective is the remaining vials.

71 :03x23 - Day 3: 11:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M.

In the city of Santa Barbera Jack will interview a gunshot victim at Marriot City Park. The victim is a white male about 6'3. Jack asks him some questions as he is going into an ambulance. Jack calls someone on his cell and relays some intel. Jack sees Kim sitting down on a bench near the command post and he walks over to her and they talk, at the end of the conversation Jack kisses Kim on the forehead. A black CTU SWAT team van will be there and two local Santa Barbera cops will arrive in patrol cars. Jane Saunders gets taken out of the CTU field operations command post. Kim, a black CTU agent and a white CTU agent take Jane into a awaiting car. Jane is asked a few questions by another unknown female agent then Kim and Jane leave in the beige CTU car.

72 :03x24 - Day 3: 12:00 P.M.-1:00 P.M.

Palmer's White House woes escalate when Saunders demands that he dissolve the U.S. military. Jack finds a chink in The Evil British Guy's armor. Gun-toting Kim stays busy in the field. Tony could face the death penalty for failing to maintain national security. Says co-executive producer Evan Katz: "We're ending the story with a bunch of big events that are extremely surprising."

Season 4 Prequel

73 :04x01 - Day 4: 7:00 A.M.-8:00 A.M.

Eighteen months have elapsed since the conclusion of Day 3. A commuter train bound for Los Angeles explodes. A man steals a suitcase from a passenger in the wreckage and then kills him. Jack has been dismissed from CTU and now works for Secretary of Defense James Heller. Jack is involved with Heller's daughter, Audrey, and their relationship is growing serious. Jack is in LA for a meeting with CTU Director Erin Driscoll, who fired him a year ago, but he finds himself alienated at CTU by Driscoll and the new staff when reports of a possible terrorist strike come in. A young computer hacker named Andrew Paige sees something that he shouldn't on the Internet. Suddenly, he finds himself running for his life as he is pursued by terrorists. Luckily, he is able to warn Chloe O'Brian before its too late. The Turkish Araz family are not what they seem and it becomes clear that they are heavily involved with the day's events. Meanwhile, Heller has a confrontation with his estranged son. Jack finds that Chloe is his only ally as he tries to prove that the train explosion is merely a diversionary target.

Jack pushes Driscoll to reinstate him in the wake of Heller's kidnapping. He finds himself working as a subordinate when the Field Ops team goes to pick up Andrew. Behrooz finds himself torn between his loyalty to his parents and his feelings for his girlfriend as he is sent on his first assignment. Heller tries to comfort his daughter as his captors broadcast their intensions on the Internet.

75 :04x03 - Day 4: 9:00 A.M.-10:00 A.M.

Jack tracks Kalil with Chloe's aid, but is forced to watch helplessly as Andrew is tortured for information. Behrooz pleads with his parents when they order him to bring Debbie to their home for questioning. Curtis uses harsh methods to interrogate Heller's son as Driscoll continues to search for Jack.

76 :04x04 - Day 4: 10:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M.

Jack acts as a bandit and takes hostages to buy Chloe more time to get satellite surveillance. Meanwhile, Chloe must confide in Edgar for help when Driscoll becomes suspicious. Behrooz discovers just how far his mother is willing to go to insure that their secret mission is successful. Heller and Audrey attempt to escape from Omar, while Driscoll uses her influence to deal with a personal crisis.

77 :04x05 - Day 4: 11:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M.

Jack and Driscoll agree to work together when the police make a critical error in dealing with Kalil. Heller and Audrey take drastic action in the hopes of avoiding the impending trial. Driscoll makes a deal with Chloe to get her out of the way, while the Araz family faces another problem in their cover-up.

78 :04x06 - Day 4: 12:00 P.M.-1:00 P.M.

Jack initiates a fierce gun battle with the terrorists as he races to rescue Heller and Audrey before the military strike begins. Dina questions her own dedication to their cause when her husband reveals his plans for Behrooz. Driscoll and Curtis uncover new evidence that points to an even bigger attack by the terrorists. Audrey has an awkward meeting with her husband, and Heller butts heads once again with his son.

79 :04x07 - Day 4: 1:00 P.M.-2:00 P.M.

Jack takes Audrey to ID the man she recognized at the compound, but the terrorists get there soon after and pin them down. Jack must call on an old friend to help him escape. Heller puts Edgar in charge of dealing with the nuclear override, while Driscoll's daughter takes a turn for the worse. Dina is wounded when she helps Behrooz flee from Navi. Navi's boss orders him to kill his wife and son before the day is over.

80 :04x08 - Day 4: 2:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M.

Jack and Audrey hide out with an embittered Tony as Audrey makes a positive ID of the man from the kidnapping. Marianne successfully diverts suspicion from herself, leading Driscoll to torture the wrong person for information. Behrooz takes Dina to a hospital for medical attention, but the doctor becomes suspicious of her gunshot wound and phones the police.

81 :04x09 - Day 4: 3:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M.

Jack and Tony are able to trace Dina's location, but Behrooz slips through their fingers. Dina demands a full pardon for her son in exchange for information on the override device. Edgar wrestles with his emotions when his mother is trapped in the path of the nuclear fall-out. Behrooz turns to his uncle for help, but Navi closes in on him before he can get away.

82 :04x10 - Day 4: 4:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M.

Audrey places herself in a compromising position when she and Jack learn of her husband's possible involvement with the terrorists. Marianne offers Curtis information on the location of the override device in exchange for a lighter sentence, but the tables soon turn and Curtis discovers that there's another player in the game. Sarah bargains for a stronger position at CTU, while Tony takes charge of the interrogation of Dina and Behrooz.

83 :04x11 - Day 4: 5:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M.

Jack and Curtis finally learn the location of the override device. They try to trap the architect of the terrorist strike before the remaining nuclear plants go critical. Tony pushes Dina to reveal more of her knowledge of Marwan, while Driscoll faces another personal crisis with her daughter.

84 :04x12 - Day 4: 6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M.

Jack and Paul visit the defense contractor who employed Marwan, but the company executives put their own interests ahead of CTU's and take major steps to destroy evidence. After a grief-stricken Driscoll relinquishes her command, Heller appoints Tony as interim director to oversee the latest crisis.

85 :04x13 - Day 4: 7:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M.

Jack and Paul are hunted down by soldiers after an electromagnetic pulse bomb wipes out every electrical device for miles. Meanwhile, Michelle Dessler takes over at CTU.

86 :04x14 - Day 4: 8:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M.

Jack learns the identity of a man who may be able to lead him to Marwan. He forces Dina to help him in a mock hostage situation that will get him close to the suspect. Michelle calls on Chloe for help when Edgar begins to crack under pressure. Meanwhile, Audrey stands by as a gravely wounded Paul is taken into surgery. Marwan's plan continues as his henchman uses an unwilling pilot to gain access to an airfield.

87 :04x15 - Day 4: 9:00 P.M.-10:00 P.M.

Marwan decides to trade Jack for Behrooz in hopes of distracting CTU from his real objective. Tony and Michelle weigh the consequences of the trade, while Curtis reluctantly interrogates Behrooz in order to learn more about Marwan.

88 :04x16 - Day 4: 10:00 P.M.-11:00 P.M.

CTU raids Marwan's hideout, but he manages to slip through their fingers. Luckily, Jack locates a lead that may help him identify Marwan's next target. Tony becomes suspicious of Michelle's personal life, while Audrey reunites with Paul and learns the extent of his injuries. Anderson closes in on his quarry, as President Keeler searches for words that will comfort the American public.

89 :04x17 - Day 4: 11:00 P.M.-12:00 A.M.

Mike pushes for the Vice-President to be sworn into office as the White House waits for news of Keeler's fate. Two innocent bystanders are dragged into the fight as Jack and Marwan both pursue a briefcase that contains the launch codes for America's nuclear arsenal.

90 :04x18 - Day 4: 12:00 A.M.-1:00 A.M.

Curtis brings in a suspect who has critical information about Marwan's next strike. Michelle orders Curtis to use harsh methods to interrogate the suspect, but things get complicated when Marwan sends a lawyer to defend his rights. Logan's advisors begin to worry as he continues to exhibit fear in the face of the ongoing terrorist threat.

91 :04x19 - Day 4: 1:00 A.M.-2:00 A.M.

Chloe is unexpectedly thrust into fieldwork when a woman reports that her boyfriend may be part of the terrorist conspiracy. Jack and Curtis find their latest efforts to trap Marwan thwarted by the Secret Service, who have orders to arrest Jack for insubordination. Mike calls on ex-President David Palmer for help as Logan continues to display a lack of leadership.

92 :04x20 - Day 4: 2:00 A.M.-3:00 A.M.

After Logan authorizes Palmer to take charge of the crisis, Palmer sanctions Jack and Curtis to infiltrate the Chinese Embassy on a covert operation to capture a suspect. Tony and Michelle continue to bump into each other's personal lives, while Buchanan expresses anger at being kept out of the mission. Jack faces Audrey's wrath when a medical dilemma places Paul's life in jeopardy.

93 :04x21 - Day 4: 3:00 A.M.-4:00 A.M.

CTU scrambles to forge an alibi when a Chinese representative produces evidence of American involvement in the raid on their embassy. Audrey gives Jack the cold shoulder, while Palmer and Logan clash over the consequences of Palmer's decisions. Jack and Curtis close in on Marwan as the countdown for the missile launch moves ahead.

94 :04x22 - Day 4: 4:00 A.M.-5:00 A.M.

Jack finds that his efforts to bargain with Marwan for the location of the missile strike are futile. Heller pushes his son for information when CTU discovers that he may have had contact with Marwan before the attacks. Logan finds himself in the middle of a power struggle between Palmer and the ambitious Speaker of the House. Mandy uses Tony as leverage to try to force Michelle to aid in her escape. A Chinese security operative captures and interrogates one of the CTU agents involved in the raid on the embassy. Palmer and Logan argue over the option of evacuating all major cities that may be targets for the missile.

96 :04x24 - Day 4: 6:00 A.M.-7:00 A.M.

As the missile speeds toward its destination, Mandy cuts a deal with Jack and the President to give up Marwan's location in exchange for a full pardon on all of her crimes. Tony and Michelle share a happy reunion, but Jack finds his relationship with Audrey shattered as she makes her feelings known. Logan's advisor suggests a drastic course of action when the Chinese government demands that Jack be handed over to them for trial. Palmer tries desperately to warn Jack of the danger against him. Ivan Erwich begins the process of reconfiguring the triggering mechanisms on the nerve gas canisters with the aid of Jacob Rossler. Martha persuades her husband to go public about his Chief of Staff and they work together on a statement for the press.

Jack and Curtis infiltrate Rossler's building which leads to a difficult situation for Jack. Meanwhile, Lynn is pulled away from CTU by his troublesome sister.

104 :05x08 - Day 5: 2:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M.

Jack goes undercover as Rossler and delivers the chip for the remote trigger to Irwich's men in the hopes that they will lead CTU back to Irwich and the nerve gas canisters. However, all does not go to plan and Jack is forced to help the men release a canister of nerve gas in a public place.

Martha comforts Walt Cummings' widow, Suzanne, as she arrives to pick up her late husband's body.

105 :05x09 - Day 5: 3:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M.

Jack gets another lead when Nathanson decides to contact him. A new face emerges amongst the Russian terrorists and President Logan is forced to make a difficult decision. Lynn is on meltdown as the pressure on him increases.

106 :05x10 - Day 5: 4:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M.

President Logan learns of his wife's whereabouts and desperately tries to persuade her to leave the motorcade before the imminent attack by the Russian terrorists. Audrey, Chloe and Edgar work behind Lynn's back as they help Jack follow up on a lead which reunites him with the man that brought him to CTU. Wanting to avoid further embarrassment, Lynn stops listening to his colleagues and the situation comes to a head at CTU.

107 :05x11 - Day 5: 5:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M.

Tony regains consciousness and wonders how Michelle is doing. Martha and the Suvarovs head back to the retreat where Yuri makes known his observations of Martha's erratic behaviour to President Logan. Lynn tries to persuade his sister to give the keycard back. CTU find a schematic on one of the dead terrorists and attempt to locate their next target. Meanwhile, Jack heads to Christopher Henderson's house and questions his wife.

108 :05x12 - Day 5: 6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M.

Vice President Hal Gardner joins the President to offer new suggestions on how to deal with the terrorist threat to the dismay of Mike. CTU is infiltrated by Bierko's man using Lynn's keycard. Tony wants to know who's responsible for Michelle's death. Christopher Henderson is taken back to CTU and interrogated.

109 :05x13 - Day 5: 7:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M.

The remaining CTU personnel discover they don't have much time in the safe zones. They will have to take matters into their own hands if they're to survive. Hal Gardner's influence over President Logan increases but Mike and Martha intend to put a stop to it. Homeland Security makes plans to take over CTU and Tony holds back from exacting his revenge on Henderson for Michelle's death but for how long?

110 :05x14 - Day 5: 8:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M.

President Logan declares martial law in Los Angeles despite his wife's apprehension. Homeland Security begin their assessment of CTU prior to their intended takeover. Wayne Palmer arranges to meet with Aaron Pierce in order to give him something. Vladimir Bierko plans to kill 200,000 people with his next attack whilst Jack and Curtis track down Collette Stenger.

111 :05x15 - Day 5: 9:00 P.M.-10:00 P.M.

Vladimir Bierko launches his final attack which could possibly be his most lethal. Shari Rothenberg arrives to replace Edgar but Miles is not too happy to see her. Jack interrogates an unlikely suspect and an assault team is sent out to stop the deployment of the remaining nerve gas but are they too late?

112 :05x16 - Day 5: 10:00 P.M.-11:00 P.M.

Karen Hayes is finally forced to realign CTU by Vice President Gardner but Bill isn't going to step down easily. Miles puts forward a plan to use Audrey and her split loyalty between CTU and DoD in an effort to justify the takeover. Wayne Palmer reveals the identity of his brother's source in the White House and Jack goes after Henderson. Suspicion mounts on the Vice President as the mastermind behind the day's events.

113 :05x17 - Day 5: 11:00 P.M.-12:00 A.M.

Jack and Wayne leave Evelyn and her daughter in a motel room whilst they recover the recording they need from a bank vault. Audrey arranges a meeting with her father so that a credible figure in the government can present the evidence once it's been retrieved. President Logan orders Karen Hayes to issue a warrant for Jack's arrest.

114 :05x18 - Day 5: 12:00 A.M.-1:00 A.M.

Jack and Audrey meet James Heller at the airport to show him the recording. Karen and Miles resort to deceptive measures to find Jack. President Logan's decisions continue to baffle Karen as well as Mike. The President is given an ultimatum, and without the evidence in his hands, it's one which he has little choice but to accept.

115 :05x19 - Day 5: 1:00 A.M.-2:00 A.M.

Christopher Henderson presents a new problem for President Logan. Bill and Chloe help Jack track down Henderson who reveals a shocking contingency plan. The President faces mounting pressure from a power broker and is forced to silence his wife. Meanwhile, CTU close in on Chloe's location.

116 :05x20 - Day 5: 2:00 A.M.-3:00 A.M.

Having been warned by Karen Hayes, Chloe manages to escape the Homeland Security team sent to capture her. Jack searches for the recording on the flight whilst Martha is having trouble coming to terms with her husband's involvement in the day's events. President Logan faces mounting pressure from Graham to find Jack, Mike suspects there's more to Martha's behaviour than she's letting on and Jack has the plane's captain to contend with.

117 :05x21 - Day 5: 3:00 A.M.-4:00 A.M.

Jack is safely en route back to Van Nuys Airport but Graham is intent on stopping him before he lands and forces President Logan to shoot down the plane before they are all exposed. Audrey receives some good news whilst Miles is angry at being shut out by Karen who is now working closely with Bill and Chloe.

118 :05x22 - Day 5: 4:00 A.M.-5:00 A.M.

Moments away from a video conference with the Attorney General to present the evidence against President Logan, Jack, Chloe, Bill and Karen discover that the recording has been wiped. CTU are informed of Bierko's escape and Jack is forced to work with an old foe in order to work out where Bierko will target next. Martha stumbles upon Agent Adams in the midst of doing her husband's dirty work.

119 :05x23 - Day 5: 5:00 A.M.-6:00 A.M.

Jack and his team must find a way to board the submarine that Vladimir Bierko has locked down and prevent its missiles from being launched. A glimmer of hope arises in the form of a lone survivor inside. Martha brings Mike into the fold and Chloe has to enlist the help of her ex-husband.

Martha delays her husband from boarding the helicopter whilst Aaron and Mike work together to get Jack on board Marine One. Jack prepares to induce a confession from the President and record it for the Attorney General.

Also, a journalist named Meredith Reed is suspected to have direct ties with the on-going terrorist crisis.
