Lucy is still avoiding her family, but she tells Kevin she is out apologizing to everyone for her sermon. Lucy is instead going to the movies where she meets T-Bone, who is romantically interested in her.

She says she's in management training at a hotel but recognizes Kevin, who also recognizes her as a hooker he saw in jail when he was a police officer. Lucy and Kevin disagree over whether it's in their best interest to accept the job offer in Crossroads. Margaret is furious with Kyle when she discovers that he turned in her writing assignment as his own.

Initially taken aback by this momentous and sudden decision, Lucy (Beverley Mitchell) and Kevin (George Stults) ultimately decide to join Eric, Annie and the rest of the family - and extended family - on their exciting new adventure.
