Paul (Ritter) was an acclaimed sportswriter until his wife Cate (Segal) returned to work, leaving him a stay at home dad. Trouble was, he had to deal with three teenagers: oldest daughter Bridget (Cuoco), middle daughter and genius Kerry (Davidson), and prankster son Rory (Spanjers). Throughout the first season Paul has to deal with Bridget and her boyfriends, Kerry and her hating being the middle child, and Rory getting into trouble. On top of that, Cate's sister comes to visit, Bridget gets caught shoplifting, and Cate ponders if she should quit her job. Guest stars this season included Larry Miller, Terry Bradshaw, Billy Aaron Brown, Cybill Shepherd, Shelley Long, and John Ratzenberger. | ||||||||||||||||||||
