Edina tells Saffy that she wants nothing to do with the baby. Saffy is shocked when a midwife gives her a demonstration on what child birth is like. Meanwhile Patsy and Eddy have a book club to which Edina's star guest doesn't show up and they end up discussing OK magazine. Edina finds out that Saffy's baby is going to be mixed-race and she has a dream about everyone liking her and she is cool. Edina decides the baby is an accessory she must have.

Apart from season 3 this was the only other set of AbFab episodes to ever air in order.
 
The line "Sometimes it's kinder" that Patsy shoots out along with pointing the knitting needle at Saffy's stomach is a funny reference to the argument they had in the Season 3 episode "Birth."
