Keiichi really hasn't had any luck in life, love...anything in general. One night while doing his dorm chores, he has to make a phone call to his senpais as his final chore. But when he accidentally dials the number incorrectly, he gets the "Goddess Assistance Agency".

The Goddess asks him for one wish, and she will grant it. Keiichi, suspecting this is a joke, asks for a Goddess like her to stay with him forever. Little did he know his life would be changed forever...
