Sydney and Tom discover that Rene has stolen the cryogenic-type container, and they find themselves under siege by mercenaries who want the container's contents. When Marshall says he calls the spider cam Charlotte for obvious reasons he's referring to the titular character of the book Charlotte's Web which is a children's book by American author E.B. White
published in 1952. It tells the story of a spider named Charlotte and her friendship with a pig named Wilbur.
