Vaughn and Sydney must destroy a Rambaldi artifact in order to save Will. Also, Jack makes a deal with Mr. Sark, and The Alliance decides the fate of Emily Sloane. Also, Vaughn's life is endangered when he gets locked in with a destroyed Rambaldi artifact, and Sydney comes face to face with Khasinau, and someone who she least expects.

Sydney is once again chained to a chair, in a Taipei storeroom, like in the first episode. In the latter she dyed her hair red, in this one it's blue.
