1 :01x01 - Truth Be Told

When Sydney finds out the secrets about SD-6, a "division of the CIA", she decides it's best that she tell the man she will soon be marrying, Danny, who gets killed because of it. Then she decides that she needs to stop SD-6 and enlists in the real CIA, like her father. She becomes a double agent, under the eye of her handler, Vaughn. Now her mission is to pretend to be faithful to SD-6, but secretly give information to the CIA.

2 :01x02 - So It Begins

When Sydney returns to SD-6, she is assigned to go to Moscow to retrieve some files, with co-worker Dixon. But things go wrong when she realizes that she has given SD-6 access to nuclear weapons, she has to go to Cairo to fix it. Meanwhile, Will starts to become curious about Danny's death. Also, Sydney finds out her fahter's role in Danny's death.

3 :01x03 - Parity

Sydney's life becomes in danger when she goes to Madrid to find a 500 year old sketch, and runs into enemy Anna Esponosa, K-Directorate. Meanwhile, Will is still searching on the cause of Danny's death, and finds odd information.

4 :01x04 - A Broken Heart

Dixon and Sydney go on a mission to ensure the safety of the United Commerce Organization. Meanwhile, Will becomes closer to the mystery of Danny's death. Also, Francie confrots Charlie about his date with another woman.

5 :01x05 - Doppelgänger

Sydney's cover as a double agent is put in harms way after taking engineer to SD-6 from her mission in Berlin. Meanwhile, Will meets a woman who claims to have had an affair with Danny. Also, Vaughn tells Sydney that her father may be working for another agency.

6 :01x06 - Reckoning

Sydney goes undercover as a mental patient to meet a guy programed to be an assassin. Meanwhile, Will finds the true identity of the woman who says she had an affair with Danny, and Francie learns that Charlie did not have an affair. Also, Sydney believes that her father killed her mother 20 years ago, and Marshall finds the bug planted by the CIA in SD-6's mainframe.

7 :01x07 - Color-Blind

Sydney learns about the Shepard's involvment in her past. Meanwhile, Sloane confronts the Alliance about the CIA bug, and they come to the conclusion that SD-6 has been moled. Also, Will continues his investigation on the woman who had an affair with Danny and Sydney finds out her father's true involvement with her mother's death.

8 :01x08 - Time Will Tell

Sydney has to undergo a lie detector test, from Sloane, who is looking for the SD-6 mole. Meanwhile, Sydney goes searching for the connection between a 500 year old Rambaldi sketch and a machine, with Anna Espinosa on her tail. Also, Will is still looking for the mystery behind Kate Jones, Danny's so called mistress. And Sydney discovers a keepsake owned by her mother, which deepens her into her father's past.

9 :01x09 - Mea Culpa

Sydney's life and cover as a double agent is put at risk when Sloane is told that Sydney is the SD-6 mole. Meanwhile, Dixon's life is at stake after he is shot during a mission. Also, Will's investigation of ate Jones reveals some unexpected things.

10 :01x10 - Spirit

Jack has to save Sydney after Sloane ordered for her to be tortured and killed after she is suspected as the SD-6 mole. Meanwhile, Sydney tells Vaughn about her recent time at SD-6, but comes to shock when he gets her a Christmas present. Also, when Will is listening to a tape, he hears SD-6, and decides to do some research, which is not the best idea.

11 :01x11 - The Confession

After Sydney's father saves her life during a mission in Havana, she becomes greatful and proud, but when she finds out from Vaughn that he was resposible for the deaths of many CIA agents, her feelings becomes mixed.

12 :01x12 - The Box (1)

When former SD-6 agent, McKenas Cole takes over SD-6, Sydney and Jack must work together to save their co-workers and Sloane. Meanwhile, Will begins to fear his decision of looking into SD-6.

13 :01x13 - The Box (2)

Against the wishes of the CIA, Vaughn goes to SD-6 to help Sydney out. At SD-6, Cole continues his search for a device in Sloane's possession. Also, Will continues his investigation of SD-6.

14 :01x14 - The Coup

Sydney and Dixon are sent to Las Vegas to get information about a K-Directorate agent who is involved with the group that attacked and almost ended SD-6. Will deepens his research about SD-6. Also, Sydney finds shocking news about Charlie, Francie's fiance.

15 :01x15 - Page 47

Sydney has to use her friendship with Emily to gain access to a Rembaldi manuscript, under the request of Vaughn. Meanwhile, Will is kidnapped, and ordered to stop his investigation of SD-6 or his family and friends will pay the price.

16 :01x16 - The Prophecy

The DSR tests Sydney to find her connection to a 500-year old picture and prophecy in a Rambaldi maunscript. Also, Sloane learns that a friend may be working for the enemy.

17 :01x17 - Q & A

The FBI comes and questions Sydney about her connection to a 500-year old Rambaldi prophecy. Vaughn and Jack have to rescue Sydney, before SD-6 finds out. While Sydney is escaping, she realizes how her mother faked her death 20 years ago.

18 :01x18 - Masquerade

While on a mission searching for Khasinau, she runs into an ex-flame, Noah Hicks. Meanwhile, Jack has to visit Dr. Barnett after he learns that Irina may not have died, and Will and Francie suspect Sydney after they find a plane ticket stub. Also, Sydney tells Sloane, she'd like to persue finding her mother.

19 :01x19 - Snowman

Sydney and Noah pick up where they left off 5-years ago, but soon Sydney begins to suspect Noah's loyalty. An assassin, "Snoman", sent by K-Directorite is sent to kill Khasinau. Also, Sydney makes Jack mad when she continues to persue information about her mother, and Will and Francie confront Sydney about her mysterious activities.

20 :01x20 - The Solution

Sydney and Vaughn are sent in to meet with Mr. Sark in order to catch Khasinau, but soon Sydney's cover is endangered when a SD-6 representitive is sent to stop the trade. Meanwhile, Will makes a discover while researching SD-6 and Sloane is forced to make a tough decision after Emily tells Sydney about SD-6.

21 :01x21 - Rendezvous

SD-6 becomes close to finding Khasinau, whn they capture his assistant, Mr. Sark. Meanwhile, Will's life is endangered when he is sent to find the person who told him about SD-6. Also, Dixon becomes suspicious of Sydney's activities.

22 :01x22 - Almost Thirty Years

Vaughn and Sydney must destroy a Rambaldi artifact in order to save Will. Also, Jack makes a deal with Mr. Sark, and The Alliance decides the fate of Emily Sloane. Also, Vaughn's life is endangered when he gets locked in with a destroyed Rambaldi artifact, and Sydney comes face to face with Khasinau, and someone who she least expects.

23 :02x01 - The Enemy Walks In

Sydney finds herself face-to-face with mother. Also, Sydney becomes worried for Vaughn, for she cannot find him. Also, Will's life changes after he finds about SD-6 and Sydney's other life, and Dixon is unsure if he should tell Sloane about Sydney's suspicious behavior.

Sydney is unsure if her mother's kindness was real or was an attempt to kill her. Meanwhile Sloane is made a partner of Allience of Twelve, and Will sees Francie talking with a man about her restaraunt, who may not be best guy.

Sydney needs to outsmart Sark in order to retrieve important information. Also, Jack faces Irina after 20 years. And Will meets Vaughn, and Sloane is haunted by his wife's death.

After Sydney's meeting with her mother, Jack becomes worried, and takes drastic measures to ensure her safety. Also, Will meets a mysterious woman.

Sydney discovers a frightening secret while on a mission to follow new age weapons. Meanwhile, Vaughn suspects that Jack is setting Irina up to fail. Also, Sloane tells Jack the truth about Emily's death

Sydney starts to lose trust for her father. Meanwhile, Vaughn and Sydney may have beeen exposed to a deadly virus in Taipei. Also, Vaughn hires Will to help research for a case.

Sydney finds a cure for Vaughn, but to get it, she must make a deal with Sark, that may risk Sloane's life. Meanwhile, Will finds strange inconsistances in 20-year-old IQ tests

Sydney, Jack, and Irina must go to India to stop six nuclear weapons from being released. Meanwhile, Sloane finds out that his wife is alive. Also, Sark joins SD-6.

31 :02x09 - Passage (2)

During their mission in India searching for six nuclear weapons, Jack and Sydney realize where Irina's loyalty lay. Also, Sloane tells the Alliance that Emily was still alive.

32 :02x10 - The Abduction

Jack meets Ariana Kane, head of Alliance counterintelligence, who is investigating Emily's abduction and who is blackmailing Sloane. Meanwhile, Marshall has his first mission, with Sydney. Also, Vaughn schedules a CIA pyshc test and Francie becomes suspicious of Will and Sydney's behavior.

33 :02x11 - A Higher Echelon

Marshall's life is put on the line, after his mission with Sydney. Meanwhile, Jack becomes the main suspect of Emily's dissapearance. Also, Vaughn finds out about Jack's murder of Haladki, and CIA agent, and Syndey reveals to Francie that she has a crush on a co-worker.

34 :02x12 - The Getaway

Ariana Kane questions Sydney about her father's wearabouts. Meanwhile, Jack gets help from Irina for Sloane's blackmailer. Also, while in France, Sydney and Vaughn go out for dinner afterwards, almost exposing their identities to SD-6.

35 :02x13 - Phase One

A new director joins SD-6, after Sloane disappears, and confronts Jack and Sydney. Vaughn and Sydney finally shut down SD-6. Also, romance starts between Will and Francie.

36 :02x14 - Double Agent

Jack, Sydney, and Vaughn are tasked to see whether CIA agent Lennox is a double agent, after one of his missions is compromised.

37 :02x15 - A Free Agent

Sydney makes a decision about her job in the CIA, which does not go over to well with Vaughn. Also, Sloane continues her search for Rambaldi artifacts, but kidnapping a scientist, and putting him under torture. Also, Dixon decides to tell the truth about his job to his wife, who does not take the new too well.

38 :02x16 - Firebomb

Sloane learns the secrets to a Rambaldi device. Meanwhile, Vaughn begs for the assistannce of Dixon in a mission to rescue Sydney. Will is questioned, and Sydney begins to sense Francie hiding something.

39 :02x17 - A Dark Turn

Sydney begins to wonder if Vaughn is loyal to the CIA when she learns that he is being investigated by the Agency. Irina tries to catch Sloane by using a Rambaldi manuscript as bait. Also, Dixon makes a decision.

40 :02x18 - Truth Takes Time

Sydney confronts her mother, and Emily has to make a decision about her husband.

41 :02x19 - Endgame

Sydney tries to save a captured scientist, Neil Caplan, against the wishes of her father. Also, Sloane seeks revenge for the death of his wife. Also, "Francie" tries to get CIA information out of Will.

42 :02x20 - Countdown

A Rambaldi artifact predicts an event will soon take place. Vaughn and Dr. Barnett begin to worry about Dixon after the death of his wife. Also, Sloane recieves information from a monk in Nepal, that changes his life.

43 :02x21 - Second Double

Sydney begins to question Will's real identity after he is suspected of being a double agent. Meanwhile, Sark and Irina try to retrieve the Rambaldi heart, and Jack and Sloane make a deal.

44 :02x22 - The Telling

Sydney faces off with her mother, and finally learns Irina's true intentions. Meanwhile, Sloane begins his plane, and Will and Sydney learn who the double agent is.

45 :03x01 - The Two

After waking up in Tokyo, Sydney tries to remember what has happened in the past two years, and comes to shock when she discovers that Vaughn in married, and about what has happened between Jack and Sloane.

46 :03x02 - Succession

While searching for her memory, she is lead to Sark, who is in jail, but her interview time for him is shortened when he becomes bait for two CIA scientists. Also, Vaughn decides to re join the CIA, and Jack talks to a friend about Sloane's company.

47 :03x03 - Reunion

Sydney and Vaughn are brought back together to prevent Sark from destroying the nation's satellite communication systems. Also, Sydney has to accompany Vaughn and Lauren to see Sloane.

48 :03x04 - A Missing Link

Sydney finds clues about the 2 years that she can not remember from Simon Walker, the leader of a group that collect deadly weapons. During Sydney's mission, Vaughn becomes worried about Sydney, and feels confusion about his feelings towards Lauren. Also, Jack tells Dixon Sydney's secret to help her.

49 :03x05 - Repercussions

Lauren and Sydney fight when she finds out about Sydney's part in Vaughn's stabbing. Also, Sydney wonders about Sloane's faith when he is taken by Kazari Bomani who works in The Covenant.

50 :03x06 - The Nemesis

Sydney's emotions become twisted when she sees Alison Dorn, who was thought dead, and is a major part of The Covenant. Meanwhile, Lauren is looking for Lazarey's murderer and leads her to find out Sydney's connection. Also, Syndney becomes Sloane's handler.

51 :03x07 - Prelude

Jack tries anything to make sure that the NSC does not find out about Sydney's murder of a Russian Diplomat. But his actions hurt Vaughn's marriage to Lauren as gets closer to finding out about Sydney. Also, Sydney agrees to go on a mission with Sloane and discovers an unexpectd ally from her pars two years.

52 :03x08 - Breaking Point

Sydney is taken by the NSC and Vaughn, Jack, and Sloane have to go rescue her. But they must rescue her before she undergoes an unsafe surgury to recap her memory. Also, Lauren is forced to chose between the NSC and Vaughn.

During a trip in the desert, Sydney makes a shocking discovery, and agrees to participate in an experimental procedure, conducted by a wild doctor, created to retrieve her memories of the past 2 years.

54 :03x10 - Remnants

Sydney pulls Will out of the witness protection program in order to find the identity of "St. Aidan", but during their mission, they run into an old enemy. Meanwhile, Sark meets his father.

Sydney finally learns about her two years missing.

Vaughn and Sydney head out to North Korea to get information from a contact, but when they get stranded there, Jack calls a woman who knows Irina to help rescue them.

57 :03x13 - After Six

Sydney and Weiss are forced to convince Tori Cummings, a security systems designer, to help them break into a Lethal Response System, so that they can retrieve the Doleac Agenda and get ahead of the Covenant.

58 :03x14 - Blowback

Sydney and Vaughn are ambushed while trying to obtain a bomb. Meanwhile, Sloane tells Dr. Barnett his biggest secret, and Sark and Lauren become closer.

59 :03x15 - Façade

Sydney and Vaughn are forced to convince Daniel Ryan, a bomb maker, that they are part of the Covenant, so they can find out where he hid one of his devices.

60 :03x16 - Taken

Dixon and Sydney have to help save Dixon's children after Sark kidnaps them. Meanwhile, Lauren is forced to work with her father. Also, Sloane is framed as the CIA mole.

61 :03x17 - The Frame

Vaughn and Sydney go on a hunt for Kazari Bomani to retrieve a piece of Rambaldi's map. Meanwhile, Jack tells Senator Reed his views on his daughter. Also, Vaughn decides he wants a seperation from Lauren.

62 :03x18 - Unveiled

Sydney and Jack tell Vaughn that they believe Lauren is the mole, but he is reluctant to believe him. Meanwhile, Sark and Bomani take the Rembalbi machine. Also, Sydney and Vaughn are forced to stop a virus from the Covenant that is hurting the world's medical facilities. And Sloane reveals to Jack his biggest secret.

Vaughn is forced to pretend he is in a "happy marriage" when he finds out about his wife's lies and secrets. But he becomes shocked when he finds out that Olivia, Lauren's mother, is a part of the Covenant also. Also, Jack refuses to tell the CIA what may save Sloane's life. Also, Jack reveals the Passenger to Sydney.

Sydney teams up with Jack, unwillingly, to hunt down a criminal, who is a modern day Samuri. Meanwhile, Nadia wants to go back home, but is forced to join the CIA when Sydney's life becomes endangered. Sydney finds out the reasons behind Jack's "misdeed."

Sydney is forced to seduce an arms dealer in order to obtain a NSA code-breaker. Also, Sydney and Jack fight to tell Nadia about Irina. And Vaughn fears for Weiss' life.

Sydney and Vaughn go undercover to obtain a deadly bio-weapon. Meanwhile, Nadia goes to Jack to find out more about Irina. Also, Sydney becomes worried that Vaughn has not gotten over Lauren.

Sydney and Vaughn go undercover as a married couple to find a weapon, but soon realize that the town which they are in, is not what it seemed.

Sydney starts to lose touch of the world when she gets altered by hallucinogen, and Jack and Vaughn look for a cure, before she strts to put her and the ones she loves in danger.

73 :04x07 - Détente

Sydney and Nadia argue over Sloane's new behavior, fatherly behavior. Meanwhile, Sloane worries when Nadia and Sydney's mission turns wrong when they disobey the orders.

74 :04x08 - Echoes

Jack temporarily takes over as director, when Sloane steps down, over their ext mission, which includes Anna Espinosa, Sydney's old enemy. When Anna kidnaps Nadia, she forces Sydney to do what she wants. Sydney tells Nadia about Rambaldi's profecy saying about two sisters fighting but only 1 surviving. Also, Vaughn goes to Sark to helps.

75 :04x09 - A Man of His Word

Sark is taken to APO to help them retrieve a bomb from Cadmus Revolutionary Front, but he says that the only way he wll help is if he is allowed to see Laurens body, which Vaughn unwillingly accepts. Nadia is the only one able to with the knowledge to retrieve the bomb, but unfortuately she is still in a coma. Jack is forced to bring her out of her coma, which may not be safe.

76 :04x10 - The Index

Sydney and Dixon try to prove that Sloane is double crossing the CIA by by using APO to take the Blackwell Index, and is trying to reconstruct the Alliance. Sydney inspects Sloane's house, but when Nadia finds out, she isn't too happy. Meanwhile, Vaughn finds out news about his father, when he visits his uncle.

77 :04x11 - The Road Home

Sydney is forced to protect a bartender she met, after she accidentally puts him in danger. Meanwhile, Vaughn finds out more about his father, and Jack visits an old friend.

78 :04x12 - The Orphan

Nadia puts the one's she loves lives in danger when she forgets to tell them about her criminal past. Meanwhile, Vaughn meets a woman who knows Nadia as well.

79 :04x13 - Tuesday

When a mission does not go well, Sydney is attacked and her life is placed in danger. The only one who can save Sydney is Marshall. Meanwhile, Dixon is infected with a deadly pathogen during a CIA lockdown.

80 :04x14 - Nightingale

Sydney and Vaughn go undercover to find out about Vaughn's father.

81 :04x15 - Pandora

Katya Derevko purposefully poisons herself, in order to talk to Sydney, and is temporarily removed from her cell. When Sydney finds out that Nadia has been visiting Katya, she goes to visit Katya, and warns her not to talk to her sister again. But when she arrives there, Katya tells her that someone framed her mother to get her killed. Sydney goes looking for some answers. Meanwhile, helps out another agency to find out more information about his father. In the end, they both find out the same man was behind everything...Arvin Sloane.

82 :04x16 - Another Mister Sloane

Vaughn and Sydney tell Jack about Sloane's involvement with Vaughn's father, and Irina's contact, but after talking with him, they find out that someone is framing Sloane. Soon they realize that the other Sloane is a clone, and Sloane decides it's best to step down, but Sydney disagrees. She says that it will be best because he knows exactly what the new Sloane will do, but Nadia is fearful that in her father's hunt to capture the new Sloane, he'll start to become obsessed again with Rembaldi.

83 :04x17 - A Clean Conscience

Sophia, Nadia's old caretaker, contacts Nadia, after being severly beaten. Sophia tells Sloane that she was beaten up because someone was after Nadia, so him and Jack decide to tell their daughters the truth, that Elena Derevko has been watching both of them for a decade. Also, JAck's doctor advises him to tell Sydney about his sickness.

84 :04x18 - Mirage

Jack's sickness makes him hallucinate about an antidote. Also, Sydney is forced to pretend to be her mother, so that she can recreate the time when Jack was working was for the CIA.

85 :04x19 - In Dreams...

They capture the Sloane imposter question him about the Rambaldi orchird, but first the real Sloane must remember a painful memory, so that the fake Sloane will reveal where it is.

86 :04x20 - The Descent

When a group enters the DSR and steals the Rambaldi artifacts, Hayden CHase, CIA director, finds out that the alarms were disabled from Nadia's computer, and take her in for questioning. Afterwards, Jack and Sloane suspect Sophia, who is living with them, is Irina's sister, Elena Derevko.

87 :04x21 - Search and Rescue

A giant version of the Circumference/Mueller device is found floating over city in Russia, making the citizens insane, as Rambaldi's plan begins. Sydney, Nadia, and Jack search for Irina after Dixon finds out that she was still alive. They find out that Irina had been kidnapped and cloned, to make it seem like she was dead. Sydney and Nadia find her in a camp in Tikal, captured by Elena's army. Irina had been captured, because she was working against Elena to stop Rambaldi's endgame. She was forced to recreate it, and now Jack, Sydney, Vaughn, Nadia and Irina need to go to Russia to stop it. Also, Vaughn has a surprise for Sydney.

88 :04x22 - Before the Flood

Jack, Sydney, Vaughn, and Irina parachute into Sovogda, trying to dismantle a giant red ball turning people into zombies. Meanwhile, at APO, Weiss and Marshall blackmail the Russian Minister to access the Russian satellite codes, which leads them to learning that Elena Derevko is uplinking the satallite. Now, Jack, Sydney, Vaughn, and Irina have to save Nadia, and stop Elena and Sloane.

89 :05x01 - Prophet Five

After learning that the man she has known as Michael Vaughn is under investigation and suspected of being a double agent, Sydney begins to question whether their business and personal relationship over the years had all been a lie. When she discovers that she's pregnant with Vaughn's baby, she becomes determined to uncover the truth about him. Meanwhile, because of Jack's past betrayal by Irina, he begins to worry that his daughter may suffer the same fate that he did.

Sydney teams up with Renee - a fugitive on the CIA's most wanted list -- to track down the murderer of a close friend before the killer can strike again. Meanwhile, Jack enlists a reluctant new agent, Thomas Grace, and Weiss struggles to decide whether or not to accept a promotion that would force him to leave his colleagues.

91 :05x03 - The Shed

Sydney is forced to partner on a mission with new APO agent Thomas Grace. They discover that Rachel Gibson -- a spy suspected of being involved in activities against the U.S. -- has something shockingly in common with Sydney. Meanwhile, Dixon must accompany Sloane, who's given a 48-hour pass from prison to acquire a possible cure for his daughter, Nadia.

Sydney's life hangs in the balance when Gordon Dean discovers that Rachel -- aka Mockingbird -- is still alive. Meanwhile, Sloane awaits the outcome of his sentencing.

93 :05x05 - Out of the Box

Sydney and Tom discover that Rene has stolen the cryogenic-type container, and they find themselves under siege by mercenaries who want the container's contents. Meanwhile, Sloane is forced to take matters into his own possibly devious hands to get himself reinstated into APO and to continue his quest to find a cure for daughter Nadia.

Sydney must guide a nervous and pensive Rachel on her first solo mission. Meanwhile, Sloane must decide whether or not to betray the trust he's recently earned with APO by honoring his agreement with Gordon Dean.

95 :05x07 - Fait Accompli

Sydney and APO attempt to discover whom Gordon Dean is working for and what their end game is. Meanwhile, when the group claiming to have a cure for daughter Nadia continues to play mind games with him, Sloane struggles for control.

96 :05x08 - Bob
