Colby turns to her mother for some comfort and support. Natalia hears a confession from Brot.

Liza is asked by her daughter if Maya can move in with them. Dixie has a dream which involves Babe. Maya has to come to a decision about the baby.

Jesse is advised by Tad not to give up on Angie. David receives some shocking news from Cara. JR thinks about leaving town for good.

Kendall is surprised by Zach. Brooke English returns to town.

Jesse cries after he learns that Angie can see once again. Angie tells Jesse she wants to see David and he offers to drive her there. Randi and Frankie want to help Natalia and Brot celebrate their engagement. Jesse shows up and informs them that Angie can see again now. JR looks on as David asks Griffin to keep his patient healthy. JR is stopped by Krystal from going into the interrogation room to confront David. JR informs Krystal that he believes that David is keeping Babe alive, but Krystal is not convinced. Marissa shows up with her restraining order for JR. JR is later revealed as having a gun. Angie goes to see David in the interrogation room and she reveals to him she can see again. Angie learns from David that he gave Griffin the name of the patient he wants him to help and bring back. Cara learns from Liza that David will be getting out of prison in 18 months due to a plea bargain. Griffin informs his sister that he refused David's request to treat one of his Orpheus patients. Griffin thinks that they should both get on a plane and put leave town for good. Griffin ends up looking at the Orpheus file and changes his mind as he goes to leave. Cara goes to see David in his cell and ends up informing him that she wants him to be part of her baby's life. Colby attempts to offer Maya some advise. Jesse sees Maya sleeping with Lucy in the park and informs her that Angie has regained her sight. Angie and Jessie grow closer again as Maya shows up with Lucy. Angie ends up asking them to move back in.

JR ends up showing up at the lab as Griffin is trying to help the mystery patient there. JR shouts out Babe's name. Griffin informs JR that the patient isn't Babe and refuses to tell him who it is. JR ends up being stabbed with a syringe as he fights with Griffin. JR wakes up in an empty room. JR goes to see David and tells him he found the location of his lab. JR attempts to find out if Babe is alive and ends up threatening David. David tells JR he will never sees Babe again as he is taken away by a guard. Kendall shows Bianca a copy of their mother's book. Ryan and Zach end up beginning a new partnership with Jacks' help and name it the Myrtle Fargate Foundation. JR follows Marissa and Bianca. Erica talks to Kit at ConFusion. Things heat up between Zach and Kendall. Erica and Jack show up for the BBQ and Kendall suggests she and Bianca talk to Erica. Erica ends up refusing to change anything in the book. JR sneaks in as the kids are left alone in the living room. When Erica enters the room she warns JR to stay away from AJ. Zach ends up throwing JR out. Ryan makes a toast. After returning home, JR pulls out his gun. As he begins to walk out of his room, he sees Babe.

A patient is brought into the hospital wanting Maria Santos to look at her. The patient warns her that people are after her and announces that she is Erica Kane's daughter. She also tells her that she sees vampires. Tad is concerned when his parents don't call and is surprised when his mother shows up at his door. Tad, Opal and Krystal learn from Ruth that Angie called Joe asking him to become a temporary consultant and they are moving back to Pine Valley. Jamie also shows up to see Tad. Amanda catches up with Jake meet up at the hospital. Joe, Jake and Amanda show up at the Tad's house and the whole family catches up. Tad accidentally calls the house on his phone and everyone listens in as Dixie asks him to marry her again. Everyone cheers when Tad agrees to. Babe grabs the gun out of JR's hand. JR becomes emotional as he tells her he missed her and then kisses her. Babe ends up telling JR that she is not real and that David has just been messing with him. Babe attempts to offer JR some advise. Adam and Brooke show up at the mansion and see all the boxes and empty rooms and Adam discovers that one of his guns are missing. JR ends up lashing out at his father for cutting him out of the will. Adam thinks that JR leaving Pine Valley could be the best move he could ever make. Adam thinks he has heard his brother's voice. JR loads the gun after returning to his room. Griffin talks to David in the interrogation room where he informs him that the drugs aren't working on the patient and he doesn't know what to do. David wants Angie to convince Jesse to release him so he can save his patient. After David reveals their identity to him, Jesse doesn’t believe him because there was a police investigation and a coroner's report. A handcuffed David with Jesse by his side, anxiously waits for his patient to be wheeled into the hospital. The patient ends up being revealed as Stuart.

Kit goes to see Erica and informs her and Jack that they have an Oscar winning writer on board for the film. Kit needs Erica to relocate to Los Angeles for a few months. Jack knows Erica wants to go and she tells him there will still be opportunities for them to get married. Jack leaves after telling her that there will always be something more important to her than him. Greenlee and Ryan give Zach and Kendall tickets for a romantic weekend in New York. Erica shows up and informs Kendall and Zach about her news. After Bianca shows up, she and Kendall take Jack's side and urge Erica to let the screenwriter work on the film. Erica refuses to compromise her goals just to get married. Ryan and Greenlee pay a visit to the park where he informs her that for the first time in his life he's deeply contented and happy and the reason is her. JR pays a visit to Tad's, where he finds out that Tad and Dixie are getting married. He is pleased they got their happy ending because not everyone is so lucky. JR tells his mother that he has decided to leave Pine Valley. He wants her to help him see AJ one last time before leaving. JR says goodbye to his son. Scott asks Madison to move back in with him and after she agrees he gets a text message. Adam and Brooke go to the hospital.where Adam sees Stuart on the gurney. David informs Adam that he needs to wait in the hall as Griffin attempts to save Stuart's life. Adam cries after being reunited with his brother who opens his eyes. Scott and Madison show up and Scott sees his father. David is taken back to the jail. Stuart forgives Scott after he admits to him that he shot him. Dixie receives a call from Tad and learns that Stuart is alive. Scott break the news to Marion that Stuart is still alive.

Marian becomes overwhelmed as she is reunited with Stuart. Adam is over the moon that his brother is still alive. Brooke surprises Adam by telling him she has bought his old house back. Colby thinks they should throw a party now that all the family are back together. Cara and Angie try to plead David's case to Jesse. Liza shows up at the police station and reveals that Stuart has posted bail for David. Opal and Erica find out that Jack's clothes and toothbrush have gone. Opal attempts to convince her not to leave Pine Valley and tells her about the party at the Chandler mansion. After learning that Jack will be going, Erica decides to go as well. Jack tells Krystal that he is through with Erica forever. Jamie sees JR at the airport and attempts to offer him some advise. Dixie and Tad manage to find JR at the airport and inform him that Stuart is alive. JR thinks that they are lying to him. JR decides not get on the plane and gatecrash the party. Everyone gathers for the party where Randi reveals there is a chance she could be expecting. David shows up at the party looking for Adam. Erica and Opal show up and see Jack talking to Krystal. JR pulls out his gun as Adam makes a toast to Pine Valley. Erica wants Jack to talk to her in private. David asks Adam for some money. Dixie finds David upstairs and she asks him to tell her who the other patient is. He tells her that if he told her she wouldn't believe him anyway. Erica is unable to convince Jack to come to Los Angeles with him. Brooke agrees to marry Adam after he proposes to her. As Erica runs after Jack, JR reveals himself at the party and a shot is fired.
