Bill and Jeannie are walking down the street with baby Adam and he points out that she's good with babies. He assures her that she will be good with their own children as well, but she wonders what kind of world they'll be bringing a child up into. There's an explosion behind them at a power substation and Bill makes sure that his wife and the baby are okay...

Jeannie is referring to Cesar Millan, who has his own television series, The Dog Whisperer.

Zoe Adams: Are you a Terminator?

Referencing the cyborg killer from the future, first seen in the 1984 movie The Terminator, with Arnold Schwarzenegger in the title role. The movie spawned three sequels, two featuring the same Terminator as a reprogrammed good-guy cyborg, and a TV series. Summer Glau (Skylar) played a (relatively) friendly Terminator in the 2008-09 TV series.

Skylar Adams: Happiness is a warm gun.

"Happiness Is a Warm Gun" is a 1968 Beatles song, released on the White Album.

Gary: Were they having you work on these in the Twilight Zone?

The Twilight Zone (1959-64) was an anthology TV series created and primarily written by Rod Serling that featured tales of the strange and fantastical.
