Roger convinces Stan & Francine to let his be guardian of Steve so they can skip a school function, however when Roger puts a stop to the too close relationship Steve has with Principal Brian Lewis, Steve runs away from home.

Meanwhile, Stan and Francine have a much needed vacation away from the kids at the world's largest water park, although reality doesn't quite meet their expectation.
