Hayley reminds Steve about an episode of the 80's Saturday morning cartoon, ‘Smurfs’, involving ‘Papa Smurf’ & ‘Wimpy Smurf’, however there is no such Smurf called ‘Wimpy’.

The writer of the episode was most likely referring to ‘Weakling Smurf’.
