Steve announces that he's going through puberty when he gets his first pubic hair, but Francine and Stan (who are still traumatized from when Hayley went through puberty) are less than thrilled and use a serum to rapidly age Steve. Meanwhile, Roger prepares for his birthday after everyone else forgets about it.

Episode Notes |
| |
Starting with this episode, a new opening sequence is used. While featuring the same music, the interaction with the family has changed and Roger sings the line "Good Morning, U.S.A.!" instead of Stan. Stan ends the sequence by crashing into the C.I.A. sign. The newspaper headlines gags have been replaced by Roger wearing a different costume each episode when he surprises Stan in the SUV. |
