American Dad!: Phantom of the Telethon

After Stan steals Roger's idea of the CIA using a telethon to raise money, just like Jerry Lewis did years ago, Roger becomes the Phantom and attempts to ruin the event.
However things go awry when a terrorist attempts to destroy the building and everyone in it.
