When Jake shows off and falls out onto the street, everyone thinks that he is in a dragon Halloween costume. Jake realizes this and then holds a party in which both humans and magical creatures are invited. Things get bad when the Dragon Council comes for a surprise inspection and not liking what they see, they take away Jake's Dragon powers. When the Dragon council then gets captured by the huntsclan, Jake has to face them, without his dragon powers
