Randy tells that it wasn’t that good. Steven caves and tells that he will say yes. Kenzie gets three votes to go on to the next round.

A montage of yes answers for everyone until Achille Lovle comes up to sing. Randy laughs and Achille is not good at all. Steven tells that she has the drama, but she is not hitting the notes. Jennifer tells that it is not her accent, it is the singing. Randy tells that it is not her thing. Jennifer finds it hard to say no, but she does.

Tiffany Rios tries her hand at the American Idol fame and comes out and tells that Jennifer is her Idol and she starts off with singing an original song. It is not that good so they give her a second chance to sing something else. She sings "I'm your lady" and it is really good. They tell her to drop the gimmicks and just sing and she will go far. She gets through to Hollywood.

A montage of bad singers hits the Idol stage and it is torture and Steven has the handle to let people go. They show that Jennifer is having trouble with saying no to them. Melkia Wheatfall shows that she doesn’t have the voice and Jennifer finally has no problem saying no, but feels bad about it.

Steven tells that he thought he was going be good. Chris tells that he can sing the chorus and Steven tells that he didn’t like it. They pass on the Boy Scout and he gets rejected.

Montage of rejections and the panel has settled down to be able to give bad news. Especially for Michael Perotto who, however confident, is horrible on stage with his rendition of Tina Turner’s famous song. Steven tells that he is not at the standard of what American Idol is looking for. He tries to sing something else and Randy tells him to stop and never to sing outside of his home. He walks out rejected, but tells that he will not give up.

Ashley Sullivan is next and she has energy and excitement going in. She sings and it is loud and energetic. Jennifer tells that she has a Broadway Musical voice. However, Jimmy Kennedy ruins this vibe and Genise Deal gets them back into everything, but lacks the talent. The next is Yoji “Pop” Asano and he tells that he has been imitating Michael Jackson before he was born, but tells that he is going to sing a Miley Cyrus song.
