<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->
Tonight the Top 12 Boys perform and only the best are going to remain in the competition. The judges come out in their best and Ryan introduces the 12 contestants. They are: Clint Jun Gamboa, Jovany Barreto, Jordan Dorsey, Tim Halperin, Brett Loewenstern, James Durbin, Robbie Rosen, Scott McCreery, Stefano Langone, Paul McDonald, Jacob Lusk, and Casey Abrams. They enter in and the crowd goes crazy for them.

Clint Jun Gamboa is up first and sings his song that he has chosen. He is animated on stage. He hits the high notes with ease. After the performance, Steven tells that it was beautiful. He proved to him all that he thought. Jennifer tells that his jitters didn’t effect his singing. Randy tells that there is nothing karaoke about his performance. Ryan walks up and asks about his nerves and he tells that he is great.

Next up is Jovany Barreto and sings a slow song and gets the crowd relaxed and sings it wonderfully. Steven says “Holy Shipyard” and Jennifer says that he showed his voice and it was really good. Randy says that he really didn’t get it because there was nothing original to it. Steven says that Randy has eaten too many biscuits. Jovany says that he thought Randy was with him on it.

Jordan Dorsey performs an Usher song and is all over the place and is flat in a lot of places. Steven says that it wasn’t his best performance and he didn’t like it. Jennifer says that he is not an Usher type of singer and Randy says that it wasn’t good because he picked the wrong song. Jordon even says that he didn’t like it either and has a lot more to offer.

Up next is Tim Halperin and before he sings, Ryan asks about the connection and Tim says that everyone is like they are family. He sings his song and is alright. However, Steven says that he doesn’t know if the song did him justice. Jennifer says that Tim did it well, but it was not the type of singer. Randy says that he has been better before and says that it wasn’t the best try. Tim says that it went pretty well to him and says that he hopes that people will vote for him.

Brett Loewenstern is up and he sings “Light My Fire”. It is good and he flips his hair quite a lot during the performance. Steven says that he brought it home and he did and amazing job. Jennifer says that he flipped his hair more than she and Beyonce in their entire career. Randy says that he had someone count and he tells Brett that he did it 14 times. Brett says that he doesn’t even realize it. He runs off and Ryan tells him to go back. Brett thinks it is for a hug and says that he loves Ryan.

James Durbin is next and he sings a Judas Priest song and is phenomenal. Steven says that was *BLEEPING* good. He says that he is the greatest. Jennifer says that she loves the way he performs and everyone needs to do it. Randy says that is how you do it and asks what is with the tail. James says that you have to be something that sets him apart and unique.

Robbie Rosen slows it down with “In the Arms of an Angel” and is good on his notes, but struggles a little bit on the high ones. Steven says that was a beautiful song and it was great. Jennifer says that he is a special singer because he feels the music. Randy didn’t really like it because the notes were not right on. Robbie says that he liked it and thought it was good.

Scott McCreery up now and sings a song that allows him to sing deep and showcases it nicely. At the end he gets a standing ovation. Steven says that he picked a great song of who he is. Jennifer says that he is born to sing Country music and says that it was great. Randy is a big fan and loves the lowness in his voice.

Next up is Stefano Langone and he sings “Just the Way You Are (You’re Amazing)” and it is alright. Steven says that he loved it and he gave it his all. Jennifer says that he is consistent and says that there is nothing awkward. Randy says that is how he does it and says that he sounded like he was on the radio already. Ryan asks if he was singing that to a special someone and Stefano says that was for the ladies.

Paul McDonald performs and he sings with his signature soft voice. It is good and on key. Steven says that he has a real character with his voice. Jennifer says that he has character in his steps too and he did a great job. Randy says that he is so unique and different and says that he loves it and that he is a fan.

Jacob Lusk slows it down with a sweet song and is great. Steven says that he is honored to be in his presence and says that it is divine intervention. Jennifer gets emotional and says that Luther Vandross is gone, but they have him. Randy says that there is nothing he can’t sing. Ryan asks how he feels when he is on stage and he says that he feels good.

Last to perform for the night is Casey Abrams and he is great with his craziness and entertains the crowd. He gets a standing ovation in the end. Steven says that he did amazing with the song. Jennifer tells Casey that he is sexy and says that he ate it all up and she loved it. Randy says that he is so different and so unique and tells him that he was great. The singers have performed and the voting is open. Tomorrow night, the girls take the stage.
