<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->
The last of the auditions begin and they are in St. Louis, Missori. They take a look back at when Carrie Underwood made the trip from Oklahoma to St. Louis. They are back in the city and are ready to get another superstar from it too. In the Gateway to the West, the judges arrive and Jennifer is hopeful. Steven and Randy come in and join Jennifer on the judging panel.

The first contestant up is Johnny Keyser. He says that his father took care of him after his mom and dad got a divorce. He says that he loves him and that he loves to sing. He goes up to the judges and says that he is going to sing “Change is Gonna Come”. He is pretty good. It is clear that they love him and tell him that he is amazing. They laugh on how good he is. They tell him that he is through to Hollywood.

Next up is Rachelle Lamb. She says that she is doing this for her daughter to teach her that if she wants to chase her dream, then she should go chase it. She comes in with her daughter to the judges and tells them that she is a divorced woman with a dream. She says that she is going to sing “Find Somebody New”. She starts singing and she sings great. Her daughter starts dancing around. The judges compliment her singing and tell her that she has a great tone. They get their ticket to Hollywood and celebrate it.

However, not all of them can be good and they show a montage of videos of bad acts that include: Oliver McCrary and many other singers. The judges try to bring the good energy into the room.

Reis Kloeckener is next and he says that he was pushed around and bullied when he was younger and he got into choir to give him some purpose and it was what he wanted. He says that he wants to sing “Lean On Me”. He starts singing and it is good. Steven says that he made him cry a little bit and says that it is a big yes.

The next contestant is Ethan Jones. He says that he dropped out of school and was in a band with his father. He says that his father is in rehab. He says that he’ll sing “I’ll Be”. He starts singing and it is good. They tell him that his voice was great and that it is easy. They tell him that he is going to Hollywood. Ethan calls up his father and tells him the great news. He tells Ethan that he is clean and sober and can’t wait to see him.

Next up is Mark Ingram. He is an auditor at the hotel and he wants to sing. He says that he wants to sing “Overjoyed”. However, he is pitchy. They tell him that they want to say yes to him, but they can’t. They say no to him despite his attempts to win them over.

Last contestant is Lauren Gray. She says that her family runs a one stop wedding stop where she sings with her father. She comes up to the judges and she says that she wants to sing “One And Only” by Adele. They love the sound of her voice and say that they like her fearless attitude. They give her a yes across the board. That’s it for St. Louis. In total, 46 tickets were handed out. That is also it for the auditions. Next week is Hollywood Week!
