Semi Finals Results #2 of 2 - Recap

The Results are in and the show kicks off with Nick Cannon introducing the night and only 5 acts are going to be able to go through tonight. He tells that the cast of Le Reve and Jason Derullio are performing and Sharon tells that the acts that performed felt like the Finals already. She tells that it was a well-rounded show.

The first up are Debra Romer, Michael Grasso, Murray, and Nathaniel Kenyon. The act going to the top 10 and fulfilling their dream further is Michael Grasso. Nick asks how it feels and Michael tells that it feels great. Piers tells that it is great to see a Wildcard act get to the Top 10 and is happy that he got to go through.

After the break, Le Reve performs and they show precision and style as a performing troupe should have. They dance around and show that they have the talent to warrant all the fame that they have received. Nick talks to them and Howie tells that they did a depiction of his life and wishes that he had brought his skirt so that he could perform. At the Win Resort in Las Vegas, it is possible to see them.

The next up are: Fighting Gravity and Jeremy Vanschoonhoven and they are chomping at the bit to see who gets through. The winner of the coveted spot is Fighting Gravity and Jeremy Vanschoonhoven! Fighting Gravity thanks everyone and Jeremy tells that the injuries were worth it. Howie tells that he is thrilled and that he can’t wait to see what Fighting Gravity is going to show up with. He tells Jeremy to stay alive.

After the break Jason Derullio performs and he shows that he is a popular recording artist for a reason. He sings “Flying Solo” and has the skill as someone who has sold thousands of records. Nick talks to him after and asks how he stays motivated. He tells that he has to stay focused and get what you want.

After the break, Jerry Springer comes on stage and Nick asks if he still has a job. Jerry tells about the tour. Next to face the results are: Haspop, Jackie Evancho and Maestro Alexander Boui. Howie tells that they are 3 wonderful acts and has made a name plate that
Jackie Evancho and she says thank you and Piers tells that he is happy and asks what she is going to spend the money on it and she tells that it is for the animals.

Studio One Young Beasts Society, Michael Lipari & Ashleigh Dejon, and Alice Tan Ridley are the last to get judged on and it is the judges pick. Like always, they send one act home and the one going home is Michael Lipari & Ashleigh Dejon. The choice between Studio One Young Beasts Society and Alice Tan Ridley is going to be hard. The last spot is in the hands of the judges. Piers tells that it is the cruelest moments. Piers tells that he thought both acts were great and picks Studio One Young Beasts Society. Sharon tells that they both have stage performance and chooses Studio One Beasts Society. The acts that got through are: Studio One Beasts Society, Fighting Gravity, Jeremy Vanschoonhoven, Jackie Evancho, Michael Grasso, Christina & Allie, Taylor Mathews, Price Poppycock, Anna & Patryk, and Michael Grimm. The Top 10 are together and they perform next week!
