Four acts advance to the top 24 - Recap

It is results time and Miami All Stars, Desmond Meeks, Those Funny Little People, Fearless Flores Family, Squonk Opera, J Chris Newberg, Snap Boogie, Echo and Animal Gardens, The Fiddleheads, Duo Aero, Anna Graceman and Sandau Trio Russian Bar are in danger of leaving the competition and ending their time on America’s got Talent.

They kick off the night with The Fearless Flores Family, Duo Aero and Snap Boogie coming to the stage for the first elimination of the night. Piers says that he is surprised that two acts are up there. He says that it was the most dangerous things on the show for the Flores Family and Snap Boogie is amazing with things and says that he can’t call it. The act going to the Semi-Finals is Snap Boogie! Nick goes up to Snap and says that despite the injury, he did great. Snap says that he loves everyone out there. Sharon says that she is overjoyed and so happy for him.

Avril Lavine is next performing a medley of her singles on stage. She shows what it takes to be a multi-platinum recording artist. She does a great job. Nick comes up and talk about her new album.

Squonk Opera, Sandau Trio Russian Bar, and J Chris Newberg come out afterward for the next elimination of the night. Howie says that Chris was funny and no matter what happens it is going to be good for him. He tells Squonk Opera that people are not going to get their act, but it is not sure what they are going to do with it. The act going on to the Semi-Finals is Sandau Trio Russian Bar! Chris asks if they have more up their sleeves and she says that there is a lot. Piers says that they saw an extraordinary thing last night and it is something that the show needs and it is great.

Dezmond Meeks, Echo of Animal Gardens and Anna Graceman come out on stage and Sharon says that she is confused and worried and tells Dezmond is a great performer and so is Anna. She tells that Echo is a different act and only one is put through. America has voted and the act going to the Semi-Finals is Anna Graceman! Chris aks how it feels and Anna thanks everyone and says that she feels so special. Howie says that the first time she came to them and says that she is in the bubble of America’s Got Talent and her world has changed.

Priscilla Queen of the Desert performs next and they come out singing the Supremes. They show what Broadway Musicals can do on the stage. Will Swenson is in the musical too and comes out and dances around.

Miami All Stars, Those Funny Little People and the Fiddleheads. The act leaving right now is Those Funny Little People. Piers cheers. This leaves Miami All Stars and Fiddleheads for the judges choice. Sharon says that these are two different acts and tell the Miami All Stars that they have energy. She says that she loved Fiddleheads at first. She picks the Miami All Stars. Piers thanks America for sending home Those Funny Little People. Piers picks the Miami All Stars. That means that the Semi-Finalists for the Top 24 are: Snap Boogie, Sandro Trio Russian Bar, Anna Graceman and Miami All Stars!
