Four acts advance to the top 24 - Recap
Summerwind Skippers, Sh’Boss Boys, Mauricio Herrera, Seth Grabel, Poplyfe, Ian Johnson, Landau Eugene Murphy Jr., Purrfect Angelz, Monet, Captain & Maybelle, Lys Agnes and Professor Splash are in danger of leaving the competition tonight as the results show begins. With only 4 spots available, the hopefuls wait to see if they are one of those 4. Nick comes out and tells that Stevie Nicks and Fighting Gravity are going to perform tonight. The Smurfs come out and talk about their movie.
Ian Johnson, “Summerwind Skippers” and “Purrfect Angelz” come out for the first eliminations of the night. They recap the last night’s performance from each act and what the judges said. The act moving on in the competition is no one! Piers says that he is really surprised with the Skippers because he really enjoyed the performance.
Stevie Nicks sings her new debut single, “For What Its Worth” on stage and she shows that she still has it as a great singer. She shows that she is worth it for all the recognition she has gotten and continues to get. She gets a standing ovation. Nick comes out and Stevie tells that Michael Grimm is touring with her.
Poplyfe and Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. come out on the stage and they recap the night of what the performances were like and what the judges thought of it. The act going through to the Semi-Finals is Poplyfe AND Landau Eugene Murphy! They are all excited and Landau says that he feels that he is on top of the world. Poplyfe say that they didn’t know what was going to happen. Sharon says that she was really worried and says that she is happy for both of them.
Mauricio Herrera, Captain and Maybell, Lys Agnes and Monet come out on stage and they recap what happened last night and what the judges thought of their performances. The act going through to the next round is Lys Agnes. She thanks everyone. Howie says that America got it right and says that she deserves to be there and says that the Smurfs left a Smurf poop on his side.
“Fighting Gravity” performs and they show that they are worth the win on America’s Got Talent. He says that they are still trying to get their show together for the big Las Vegas show and even Broadway.
Stevie Nicks sings one of her classic songs and gets another standing ovation. She shows off her talent with ease.
With one spot left, Professor Splash, Seth Grabel, and “Sh’Boss Boys” come out on stage and they recap the night and the judges’ opinions. The act leaving the competition now is “Sh’Boss Boys”. This leaves Professor Splash and Seth Grabel for the judges vote. Sharon says her pick is Seth Grable. Howie says that he is following the progress at Twitter and says that he has to go with Professor Splash. Piers gloats that he has more followers then Howie and says that it is split. Piers says that he is going for Professor Splash. That means that Poplyf, Landau Eugene Murphy, Jr., Lys Agnes and Professor Splash are going into the Semi-Finals.
