Four acts advance to the top 24 - Recap

It is Results Night and Landon Swank, The Kinetic King, Summerwind Skippers, Charles Peachock, Yellow Designs Stunt Team, Shevonne, J Chris Newberg, Those Funny Little People, Seth Grabel, The Fiddleheads, Avery and the Calico Hearts and West Springfield Dance Team all in danger of going home. Nick comes out and tells that the cast of Les Miserbles and Colbie Caillat will perform tonight. He asks Howie how he felt. Howie says that they all brought back every act that deserved to be there.

Shevonne, Yellow Designs Stunt Team and West Springfield Dance Team come out for the first results of the night. They are three out of four of Sharon’s picks and she says that she doesn’t like it. The act going though to the Semi-Finals is West Springfield Dance Team. Nick brings them to the center of the stage and they say that they are speechless and Sharon says that she is delighted and says that there is an audience to their dance theme.

The cast of Les Miserables come out and sing “One Day More”. They do a phenomenal job and they get their standing ovation and it is warranted.

Avery and the Calico Hearts, Charles Peachock, Those Funny Little People and The Kinetic King come up to the stage for the second results of the night. Piers says that Avery and the Calico Hearts are good, but it is not their time. He says that Charles had a rough night. He says that if the Funny Little People go through, he will leave America. He says that the Kinetic King has a chance. The act moving on to the Semi-Finals is The Kinetic King. Nick goes up to him and he says that he can’t believe it and he is excited. Pies goes on stage and bows to him.

Landon Swank and Seth Grabel go out on stage. Howie says that he can’t choose because they both were good. The magician going into the Semi-Finals is Landon Swank. Nick asks how he feels and Landon says that it is incredible. Howie says that he is thrilled for him, but hates that he was Piers’s choice.

Colbie Caillat performs onstage and sings her new single “Brighter then the Sun” and shows what it means to be a multi-platinum recording artist.

Summerwind Skippers, J Chris Newberg and The Fiddleheads come out on stage for the final results of the night. The act going home right away is J Chris Newberg. Nick talks to him and he says that he had fun. The judges vote. Piers picks Summerwind Skippers. Howie says The Fiddleheads. Sharon says that the Summerwind Skippers are her pick. The Semi-Finals Acts begin next week and the first 12 are going to perform.
