Semi Finals Results Show #1: 5 Acts are chosen for the Top 10 - Recap
West Springfield Dance Team, Daniel Joseph Baker, Matt Wilhelm, Kevin Colis, Miami All Stars, Lys Agnes, Zuma Zuma, Beth Ann Robinson, Melissa Villasenor, Sandou Trio Russian Bar, Poplyfe, and Team iLuminate sit and wait to see if they had what America wanted and only 5 spots are available to be given out. Nick comes out and tells that there are guests Demi Lovato, New Boyz and Prince Poppycock who are going to perform tonight. Howie says that last night was the most talent-packed episode and says that the Top 10 is going to be the toughest.
Sandou Trio Russian Bar, Zumma Zuma, Matt Wilhelm and Team iLuminate come out and the act going to the Top 10 is Team iLuminate! They congratulate the other contestants and go to Nick. He asks what they have to say and they say thank you. Sharon says she is so pleased and she knows that their future is amazing.
Demi Lovato sings her new single “Skyscraper”. She shows that she has it still despite all the bad choices that she made in the past and ignites the stage. She gets a standing ovation. Nick comes out and talks about her new album.
Poplyfe and Lys Agnes come out on stage for the next elimination. The act going through to the next round and moving closer to the $1 Million is BOTH! They celebrate and Poplyfe says that she is so delighted. Lys says that it feels incredible. Howie says that he got devastated and he is happy that America got it right.
Prince Poppycock performs on stage and he shows that he is a show. Nick comes up to him and asks how his life has been. He says that he is a professional Poppycock now.
New Boyz come out and they show that they have what it takes to make money and afterward, they talk about their new album and career.
West Springfield Dance Team, Daniel Joseph Baker and Beth Ann Robinson come to the stage. The act leaving right now is Beth Ann Robinson. She tells that she has had so much fun and thanks everyone. West Springfield Dance team tells that they have so much more to show America. Daniel says that he belongs on stage. Howie says that he is going with West Springfield Dance Team. Piers says that he can’t believe they are there and he says that he has to choose West Springfield Dance Team. Daniel says that he has nothing but good things. So the acts through are: Poplyfe, Lys Agnes, Miami All Stars, West Springfield Dance Team and Team iLuminate go through to the Top 10!
