The $1,000,000 Winner is announced! - Recap

It is the Finale and Silhouettes, Poplyfe, Team iLuminate and Landau Eugene Murphy, Jr. are nervously waiting to see if they have done what they could to make it through the votes. Def Leopard, Jackie Evancho, Tony Bennet, Queen Latifa Cirque du Soleil's Elise, and One Republic are going to perform tonight along with the finalists are going to perform with their favorites including: Cobra Starship, Patty Labell Leanne Rymes and Stevie Wonder. Nick asks the judges what they thought about everything and Piers says that America had a hard time and says that one act thought that they messed up, but he says that they didn’t. He says that the pressure is huge and says that the best act is going to win.

Landau Eugene Murphy, Jr. performs with Patty Labell onstage and they get a standing ovation with their performance. Afterward, Landau talks to Nick and says that it was an honor singing with her and it was a lot of fun.

Def Leopard performs on stage and shows that they still have it as performers. They get a standing ovation at the end.

Team iLuminate performs with Cobra Starship and they do a nice job. Nick talks to her afterward and says that it is an honor to be part of the singing and performing.

They recap the bad auditions and then the bad auditions of the season come on stage and repeat their horrible singing. The guy that fell off the stage reprises his fall again. Nick comes out and calls them the Audition All-Stars.

Silhoettes perform with Leanne Rymes and do their shadows in the background. They get a standing ovation and Leanne Rymes says that it was emotional for her as well.

They show a clip of Howie and Pier’s antics. Afterward, One Republic perform their song on stage and show that they deserve all the fame that they get.

Jerry Springer comes in and joins Nick on stage. He tells about his hosting of the finals. Afterward, Queen Latifa and Tony Bennet perform on stage.

Poplyfe and Stevie Wonder perform on stage and they rock the place with their duet and their own rendition of the famous hit. Stevie says that their group was like Poplyfe and Team Wonder.

Cirque du Soleil perform “Iris” and do an amazing job with acrobatics that make the audience get on their feet. They show that they know how to entertain a crowd.

The Results are in and the act going home right now is Poplyfe. They talk to them and they say that the greatest memory was with Stevie Wonder and that they lived their dream. Piers says that it is almost impossible to believe that they are the same band. He tells them to be proud and win the next competition they enter.

The place that finishes in 3rd place is Team iLuminate. They talk to them and they say that this was the most amazing experience of their lives and says that they are going to keep on creating. Sharon says that their concept has amazed them and they loved it all the way through the competition.

Jackie Evancho comes out and performs Nessum Dorma and amazes the audience and gets a standing ovation. Nick goes up to her and asks what she has been doing. She tells that she made a new CD and says that she misses Pittsburg.

The final results are in and Howie says that both are amazing and says that one of them are going to get $1 Million at the end. They recap their journey and tell about their time. The winner of the $1 Million and the star of the Las Vegas Headline Act is Laundau Eugene Murphy, Jr. The crowd goes insane and Landau can’t believe it. He says thank you to America and says that he is grateful. Silhoettes go over and hug Landau.
