Lorne [S02-S05], played by Andy Hallett
Lorne, played by Andy Hallett, first appeared on the series in Angel season two. He was the Host of a bar called Caritas. Humans and demons alike appeared to Lorne in his karaoke bar to sing so he could read their aura. Angel and others found this to be a great asset and came to Lorne to read more in to their futures.
Lorne's background unfolded toward the end of season two when they gang was sent to Pylea, Lorne's home dimension. Caritas was destroyed in season three, which brought Lorne into the Hyperion Hotel. Lorne tried several times to go out on his own but it always ended up in failure. Eventually, he was put in charge of the entertainment division of Wolfram & Hart. Lorne stood by the gang up until the final battle where he decided to call it quits. |
