The Beast [S04], played by Vladimir Kulich

The Beast, played by Vladimir Kulich, was a powerful villain on the fourth season of the series. He appeared out of nowhere after Cordelia returned from the Higher Plane. The Beast was sought out to cause apocalyptic events such as blotting out the sun and killing everybody at Wolfram & Hart. The challenge was that nobody knew who was telling The Beast to do all of these evil acts. The Beast was unstoppable to the point that Angelus was brought back since there were supposed to be ties between the two. The plan proved to be fake and Angelus eventually got out of his cell when Cordelia let him out. The master behind The Beast wound up being Cordelia as she wasn't really Cordelia. Angelus killed The Beast midway through season four.

Circle of the Black Thorn [S05], played by [unknown person]

This was a prominent group of earthy demons used by Wolfram & Hart. The various ones in this evil organization are revealed all throughout the fifth season of the series. Darla [S02-S03], played by Julie Benz

Darla, played by Julie Benz, makes her appearance briefly at the end of the season one finale being brought back from the dead by Wolfram & Hart. They wanted to use Darla to try to mess with Angel to keep him distracted. The plan backfires when Angel realizes his vivid dreams are being created by Darla herself. Darla eventually realizes since she is human that she is dying of the disease she was 400 years ago before the Master Sired her in the Virginia Colony. Darla is prepared to die even as Angel had failed to accomplish his mission to save her. Wolfram & Hart bring Drucilla to town to make Darla a vampire again. As a vampire, Darla and Drucilla cause chaos in town until Darla, after not making Angel happy enough to be evil again, leaves town.

Darla returns in season three mysteriously pregnant back in Los Angeles. Angel's one night stand with Darla is revealed to everybody. Darla "feels" the soul of the child she is carrying which makes her an emotional basketcase. After not being able to give birth due to her body being dead, she commits suicide thus leaving the baby in the street for Angel.

Jasmine's power grows stronger and stronger the more she feeds off human hosts and is able to see through other people to try to bring down Angel and the team after they learn the truth about her. Angel, then, goes to the dimension that worshiped Jasmine forever to find the one that could destroy her power. To break the spell, her true name would have to be revealed. Lilah, then, tried to bring down Angel. Lilah met her match when The Beast destroyed everybody in the law firm. Lilah was the only one to survive the massacre. Lilah, desperate at this point, finds Wesley at the hotel where she sees they have Angelus contained trying to get information. Lilah is killed by Cordelia.
