My favorite character was Cordelia, then it went to Fred. I thought it was sad how they made Cordelia die. I almost cried. Then Fred died by turning into Illyria and that was really sad.

I liked Angel best, I think. It's been so long since I've watched them and have a few VHS boxsets before DVD and broadband became popular. It was sad how they wrote out Cordelia and then brought her back only to snuff her out. And she got with the snot-nosed son, WTF? I wasn't happy with killing off Fred like they did with no chance of getting her back although I did like Ilyria.

yes he did . i was sad. i was really angry about the fred thing to. but i learned to like illyria. she became more human and she wan not that bad. i lilked what she did for wes inthe las ep.

I loved Fred - and Illyria even more. Come on, the tilting her head thing she did was awesome! 5x15 and 5x16 would probably be some of my favorite episdoes. I loved the ending of 5x16, which had Fred driving away to L.A. so optimistic, marking the end of Fred in such a surreal way...

Oh, I also liked Skip, that weird demon who helped Cordelia ascend and who guided her in "Birthday"... he was pretty funny.

Everyone seemed to like Illryia alittle more than Fred. I just didn't allow myself to like Illryia because I would be sad when I watched the reruns. :z

I have no favorite character. I like them all equality in there own good sometime bad little way.

The Groosalugg, he was cool, too. They should've kept him around longer than they did.

I liked them all, but Cordelia bought something special to the show. I didn't even realize how much I liked her until she died.

yeah I was a Spike fan, though I didn't like how big they made his character in Angel... it was almost like he was taking over every storyline. Less is more and Joss knows better!! There was also Wes. His character came along way
