Much to the surprise of the staff there is a new display on the floor for "His and Hers" perfume. When the sales staff discover that the salesgirl is giving away free stockings and ties with every purchase – cutting into their commissions – they are not at all pleased, so they plot to get rid of her.

What's a manager to do when faced with declining sales? Hold a meeting, naturally. In this case, Mr Rumbold holds a 'think tank' to try to come up with ideas on how to boost the bottom line. The best of idea of the day seems to be a fashion show. Too bad the staff has to put it on with themselves as the models.



10 :02x04 - Big Brother

The only way to get the hours changed back is to not sell anything during the early hours. Can the staff resist the commissions to be able to not sell?



22 :04x02 - Top Hat and Tails

They have to use some creative methods to determine her age. And to make matters worse, they don't know her first name for the birthday song.
