Ann Veal, played by Mae Whitman
Ann Veal, George Michael's on-again, off-again girlfriend, is the product of an extremely religious household. Her father is the pastor at a local church and her family often clashes with the less-uptight Bluth family. In typical Bluth fashion, Ann's name is never remembered -- "Annabel", "Yam", "Plant" or "Egg" are often subsituted for her real name by the Bluth family.
George Michael and Ann's relationship had numerous ups and downs. Midway into season 2, the two broke up, but short after got back together due to George Michael's Star Wars lightsaber demonstration. George Michael then wanted to get pre-engaged to Ann, but changed his mind when Ann asked him to teach him his secular ways. The two once again split up after Ann won third place in an "Inner Beauty" pageant. And in typical Bluth fashion once again, it's revealed that G.O.B., who has a thing for third place winners, has been dating a Christian girl ... who happens to be none other than Ann Veal. |

Barry Zuckercorn, played by Henry Winkler
Barry Zuckerkorn is the Bluth family lawyer that was called by Michael to represent George, Sr. when he is arrested and placed in prison. However, Barry isn't the best lawyer in the world. He often arrives late, misplaces important court documents, which is usually due to his habit of hanging around truck stops all night. Seeing this, Michael fired Barry at the beginning of season three, putting an end to his law career -- the Bluth family were his only clients. After losing his job, Barry spent his days as a transvestite prostitute and was once solicited by Tobias. |

Oscar Bluth, played by Jeffrey Tambor
Oscar Bluth is George Sr.'s identical twin brother. Unlike George, Oscar attempts to pursue a carefree, hippie lifestyle. Oscar is a veteran of the Vietnam War where he served as a Croc Spotter, the person who yells "croc!" at the sight of a crocodile, and he now resides outside of Camp Pendleton on a lemon grove where he sells lemonade to the troops for a living.
Lucille met Oscar while she was on a USO tour and has had an affinity for his flowing grey locks ever since. During the tour, the two had an affair, and it is later revealed in season 2 that Oscar is Buster's biological father, not George, Sr.
When George Sr. escaped from prison, Oscar is arrested after the police mistaked him for George Sr. From prison, Oscar set up www.imoscar.com, a blog that tries to prove that he's Oscar, not George Sr. |
