It's once again Spring Break and G.O.B. gets the opportunity to confront Phillip Litt, the magician who used G.O.B.'s magic trick mistakes on the "Girls with Low Self-Esteem" video. Meanwhile, Michael tricks Lucille into going to rehab by telling her it's a spa, but is forced to go back to Lucille for help when Kitty kidnaps George, Sr. and uses him to blackmail the Bluth family.

| On The Next Arrested Development Gag: Lucille gets some disturbing information, and Kitty finds what she’s been looking for. |

| Michael: Instead of seeing girls with low self-esteem, why don't you try spending time with the woman who gave us ours? | Buster: Maybe for the first time I've realized that I'm better off without her!
Michael: Well, we've got to bring her back.
Buster: Oh, thank God!
Michael: So, if we want to get that evidence back and Dad, Kitty's insisting on a meeting with Mom.
Lindsay: What can Mom do for her?
Michael: I don't know, but I've got to get that evidence. The problem is that I've just checked her into rehab and they're not exactly going to let me check her out and take her to a bar. G.O.B., I need your help to sneak her past the guards.
G.O.B.: Well, I didn't think the woman I'd be checking out during spring break would be Mom.
Buster: She's better looking than the whores you usually date!
G.O.B.: Don't call my escorts whores!
Buster: Mom's still got it!
G.O.B.: I don't date whores! | Lucille: There were 250ccs of your father in that cooler! | Narrator: Due to poor acting, the burden of the story was placed on the narrator.
Scandalmakers Narrator: ...only to be found hiding under one of the homes that he himself built.
Narrator: He was actually found in a hole near the house, but this inattention to detail was typical of the laziness the show’s narrator was known for. | Lucille: You know, he’s never taken me anywhere. Oh, no, we have to live “high and dry.”
Cal Cullen: Well, you’re certainly not dry. Michael, I’m not a prude, but it’s 1 in the afternoon. Is your mother drunk?
Lucille: I’d have to get up pretty early to get drunk by 1 o’clock. | Narrator: Real shoddy narrating. Just pure crap. | Narrator: In fact, Mr. Attell was portraying Tobias’ actual “never-nude” affliction. But this perplexed the Scandalmakers audience, due to the unfocused nature of the narrator’s explanation. | G.O.B.: Well, of course you feel that way. You’re jealous. You’re a surfboard. | G.O.B.: May I make a suggestion? Get implants. Really. |
| |
| The narrator says that Buster has his first taste of alcohol since he was nursing, but in "Altar Egos", it is established that Lucille never breast-fed. |

| Buster's Dance
Buster dances to "Rose’s Turn", the same song that Lucille danced to in "Marta Complex". | Visual: Lucille hiding 250cc’s of George, Sr. in the Aztec Tomb
Lucille hiding 250cc's of George, Sr. is a reference back to "Top Banana" when George Sr. hides 250,000 dollars in the banana stand. | Swallowed Key
G.O.B. tries to throw up a key. In "Key Decisions", G.O.B. swallows a key and is unable to pass it out of his body. | Visual: Scandalmakers episode on the Bluth family
In the introduction of the episode, The Bananagrabber is featured. The Bananagrabber character was created by G.O.B. in "Charity Drive", but later in the episode he gave up all animation rights to The Bananagrabber and all Bananagrabber characters. | Girls with Low Self-Esteem
During the episode, Phillip Litt films Girls With Low Self-Esteem. Girls with Low Self-Esteem was first seen in "Missing Kitty". | Visual: Señor Tadpole’s “Make a margarita in your mouth" slogan
Señor Tadpole’s slogan is a reference to Kitty's spring break activities in "Missing Kitty". | Franklin
Franklin, the puppet, is seen in a flashback. Franklin first appeared in "Meet the Veals". |
