George, Sr. claims that he was framed by a British group despite being urged to plead guilty. Michael travels across town to Wee Britain to look into his father's claim where he meets Rita, a beautiful British woman who Michael soon asks out. Meanwhile, Lindsay seduces the new attorney, but is charged for her time; and G.O.B. spends all of his time doing his magic in order to avoid spending time with his son.
Jack Black has a cameo in this episode as the chimney sweep in Wee Britain.
This is the first episode to feature a "previously on Arrested Development" segment and did not feature an "On the next Arrested Development" ending.
When an employee "Tom" helps G.O.B. avoid his son by not telling him he is in the building, G.O.B. appears behind a mirror in his magic trick after his son leaves and offers Tom a "vitamin" which is is a "Forget We Now" pill as we learn the next episode
this is what G.O.B. hands out to people who find out how his illusions are done.
Tobias: I realized it was for being a leading man. Oh, I can just taste those meaty leading man parts in my mouth!
Michael: Has anyone in this family ever even seen a chicken?

George Sr.: I thought that was the guy who played the Soup Nazi. I told him how much I liked his work!
Michael: If you're really lonely, maybe it's time you went out there and you got yourself a girlfr -- a pet.
Buster: How about a turtle?
Buster: I've always loved those leathery little snappy faces.
Michael: You certainly have a type.
Buster: Mother, have you seen my rubber hand?
Lucille: It's in the dishwasher. Your father and I were using it for something.
Buster: Oh for God's sake! Can't you keep my hand to yourself?
Lindsay: You haven't had a serious relationship since your wife, and you guys weren't even speaking towards the end.
Michael: A lot of that was the coma.
Lindsay: Yeah, I've heard your side of it.
Michael: Don't I look kind of British?
British Clerk: Perhaps if you're willing to lose twenty pounds.
Narrator: The clerk was asking for a bribe, but this was lost on Michael.
Coco: Are you going to buy this time, or you just curious?
Tobias: I suppose I’m, uh... buy-curious.
It's a wonderful performance Dad, you're a regular Brad Garrett.
