Episode Notes

On The Next Arrested Development Gag: George, Sr., disoriented in the walls, almost makes contact with a new mole—not that one... wait for it—and Michael and Rita start a new life together.

Episode Quotes

Tobias: I will be a bigger and hairier mole than the one on your inner left thigh!

George Michael: Quicken Premier! Dad, I hope you kept the receipt.
Michael: You want to return that?
George Michael: What? No, I want to deduct it!

Tobias: I barely even know you! Who's Frank?
Frank: Well, I've been wanting to talk to you about that, but it's a little awkward.
Tobias: Oh, well, I've been wanting to have my own awkward talk as well.
Frank: I think we could be more than just gym buddies.
Tobias: You're blowing my mind, Frank.

Buster: Oh, I’ve had ... the time of my life.
Lucille: I think he’s being sarcastic, G.O.B.
Buster: No, I’m not, Mother. I mean lover.
Larry: I like making love to Mother.
Buster: I mean lover!

Buster: Uh ... I’ll build it with you, G.O.B.
G.O.B.: Oh, great. That’s another brilliant idea, Steinberg.

Bob Loblaw: And you need to find that leak and plug it. Your father said that he was set up by a British syndicate. Maybe you should look for somebody English.
Michael: What?
Lucille: I think Michael’s already plugged our leak.

G.O.B.: You’ve been spending a lot of time with Rita, and she’s British-ish.

Episode Goofs

A boom mic can been seen in the scene in Bob Loblaw's office.

Cultural References

The title of Maeby's movie, Love, Indubitably is a parody of the movie Love Actually.

Rita: I hate it when they hire Yanks to play Brits. You can always tell.

In real life, Charlize Theron, who guest stars as Rita, was born in South Africa.

Episode References

Visual: George Sr. trying to calm himself down by eating ice cream sandwiches

In "Top Banana", George, Sr. had a "love affair" with ice cream sandwiches.

Visual: Michael ripping down George Michael’s “fun and failure” poster to reveal a poster for Les cousins dangereux

Les cousins dengereux is the R-rated movie that George Michael and Maeby snuck into in "My Mother The Car".

Visual: Annyong with Bluth Banana Jail Bars on top of his surveillance equipment

The Bluth Banana Jail Bars were first seen in "Missing Kitty".

Narrator: He had, in the poorly narrated reality series Scandalmakers.

The narrator first mentions the poor narration on Scandalmakers in "Spring Breakout".

Buster: Oh, I’ve had... The time of my life.

Buster's line is a callback to George, Sr.'s "I'm having the time of my life" line in the "Pilot".
