Meanwhile, with G.O.B. in prison, Michael agrees be Marta's date to a Latin American television awards show. There, Buster, who isn't wearing his glasses, inadvertenly flirts with mother's #1 rival, Lucille Austero.

Meanwhile, G.O.B., on a dare, gets married, and an undercover SEC agent falls in love with George, Sr.

Meanwhile, Lindsay fights to get the Ten Commandments removed from the lawn of the courthouse.

George, Sr. is finally apprehended by authorities, but the police soon discover they had mistaken Oscar for his twin brother, George, Sr. With the real George, Sr. still at large, Michael becomes the next in line to be prosecuted within the Bluth Company for the crimes his father committed. Michael scrambles to find the money to keep himself out of jail only to find that the rest of his family are doing fine without him -- Lindsay and Tobias fixed their relationship by agreeing to have an open relationship, G.O.B. is at the helm of the Bluth Company, and Lucille asked Oscar to move in with her to be a role model for Buster.



24 :02x02 - The One Where They Build a House

Meanwhile, the identity mishaps between George, Sr. and Oscar continue when George, Sr. is arrested in Mexico for a crime that Oscar committed, and Oscar takes George, Sr.'s place in a way that no one saw coming.

However, George, Sr. is closer to the family then they all think.

Meanwhile, Tobias takes up a new hobby, working out, and Lindsay tries to get to know Steve Holt better.

In turn, Michael is forced to throw another party to win the employees back and decides to double the re-opening of the new banana stand with the party. Meanwhile, Buster ditches the Army for a day and spends his time at an arcade.
