Season 1: My name is Oliver Queen. For five years I was stranded on an island with only one goal. Survive. Now I will fulfill my father's dying wish. To use the list of names he left me and bring down those who are poisoning my city. To do this, I must become someone else. I must become... something else.

Arrow is a modern retelling of the adventures of legendary DC hero Green Arrow. Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim and Andrew Kreisberg are the writers and executive producers.

Really enjoying the show. The acting is light years ahead of Smallville. Only thing I wish they had was C.C.H. Pounder to play Amanda Waller like the she did for the Justice League animated series. Read more

How this series rates 8.8 out of 10 totally has me lost. A spoiled rich kid back from death after being stranded on an island for 5 years after being ship wrecked. He comes back home as some kind of fake looking Green Hornet. If any series needs to be cancelled, this is one of them. Read more

4x13: Sins of the Father recap: In Thea's hospital room, Oliver points out to Nyssa that if she truly cared about Thea, she wouldn't require Malcolm's life as price for the cure. Nyssa insists that family is no boundary when war is involved, and she is at war with Malcolm. Oliver tells her to deal with Malcolm herself, and realizes that Nyssa can't defeat him. He warns Nyssa that he can't defeat Nyssa now that he knows that Malcolm is Thea's father, and Nyssa points out that Robert made a similar bargain. 4x12: Unchained recap: At Nanda Parbat, a woman--Taliban-- brings food to Nyssa and tells the guard that Malcolm wants to make sure the prisoner leaves. When Taliban goes in, she tells Nyssa that the pepper is from the garden and grows strong in her absence. Once Taliban leaves, Nyssa opens the pepper and finds a small knife inside. They stop to a kiss, and Alan Chang from A.R.G.U.S. comes up and tells Lyla are that she's the only person he can trust because A.R.G.U.S. has been compromised.
