After Slade threatens to take everything Oliver loves away, Oliver decides the fastest way to stop further bloodshed is to surrender to his enemy. Knowing that surrender will surely lead to Oliver's death, Diggle and Felicity go to extreme measures to keep Oliver from confronting Slade. Meanwhile, Thea considers leaving town, and Laurel resumes her crusade against Sebastian Blood. Finally, Slade unleashes his assault on Starling City.

Roy goes on a rampage under the influence of Mirakuru and ends up killing a policeman. While Sara and Oliver argue about how to deal with their friend, Moira considers whether to drop out of the mayoral race to repair her relationship with Thea.

How this series rates 8.8 out of 10 totally has me lost. A spoiled rich kid back from death after being stranded on an island for 5 years after being ship wrecked. He comes back home as some kind of fake looking Green Hornet. If any series needs to be cancelled, this is one of them. Read more

2x20: Seeing Red recap: At the lair, Diggle tells Felicity that there's been no change in Roy's condition. She assures him that Caitlin is working on it, and wonders why there's been no report on Isabel's death since a week has passed. When the unconscious Roy convulses, Felicity jumps, startled. Diggle goes to get something to eat and Felicity turns to Roy... and discovers that he's gone. When she looks for him, Roy comes in behind her and stares at her. As Diggle comes in to get his phone, Roy tosses a table aside, brushes past Diggle, and walks out.
