Damian goes to see Lily to tell her that he is in the clear as Margo says the same thing to Holden. When Holden finds him in his house he throws him out. Luke and Noah meet a pair of twins who want to help with the foundation. After Noah discovers a stabbed Damian he takes him to the hospital. Holden thinks that Damian might have stabbed himself. Casey learns from the dean that if he wants to get back into class he will have to prove himself by completing a community project.

Vienna does not believe that Henry really wants to keep the baby and be a father to it. Meg prepares to have a fun day out after deciding to leave Eliza with her mother as Paul prepares to pretend to go on his trip. Paul follows Meg as she meets with Dusty. Brad and Katie learn that they have been lied to. When Meg sees Paul she kisses Dusty and Dusty wonders what she is up to. Brad and Katie finally find out that Henry is really the father of the baby that Vienna is carrying. Dusty wants Meg to be honest with him if she wants his help and she tells him that Paul wants her to believe he is in Europe. Vienna and Henry are confronted by Brad and Katie and Vienna offers them the chance to still raise the child. When Dusty runs into Paul he tells him that the kiss was not what it looked like. Brad thinks it would be best for everyone if Vienna and Henry moved out. Meg is confronted by Paul about what Dusty told him and he tells her to get out. Meg decides to confront Dusty for betraying her.

Janet learns from Craig that he now thinks that Jack was right and that he should not have given Parker any money. When Barbara runs into Meg she informs her that her son is miserable since she moved out. Barbara offers to help Meg gain custody of her daughter. Carly tries to find out if Craig had anything to do with Parker's car disappearing. Meg thinks that Barbara should move in with her son to help him look after Eliza. Carly, Craig and Janet are forced to break up the fight. Janet accuses Parker of stalking her daughter and Liberty wants to go home. The show ends up being a success. Carly tries to find out from Craig if he believes her when she said she hadn't been drinking. Carly is grateful when Craig defends her against Jack's accusations. Carly thinks they should get married straight away but Craig would like a long engagement. Rosanna turns down Parker's offer of help. Winston tells Riley that he has to stop Luke from coming to the base with Noah otherwise he will tell Margo he is not who he says he is. Casey receives a letter and shares it contents with Noah and Luke. Riley overhears them talking. Craig thinks Rosanna should move in with Carly as she needs her help. Margo is given proof from Casey, Noah and Luke that Riley is not who he says he is. Winston attempts to stop Riley from backing out of their deal. Margo is shot by Winston. Riley shoots as Winston who manages to get away. As Riley tries to help Margo he calls her his mother.

Carly shows up looking for Lily and runs into Holden. Parker shares his worries with Liberty. When Holden takes Carly to a motel so that she can sleep off the alcohol she asks him to stay. Jack attempts to explain to Sage about Carly's drink problem. Luke is worried when he cant find Noah. Carly makes a pass at Holden and then passes out and he calls Jack for help. Janet is fed up with Jack always having to bail Carly out. Damian and Luke manage to find Noah. Rosanna informs Jack that Carly is going to need everyone's help.

Brad insists on taking Katie to the hospital so that she can be checked out after she feels a twinge. When Vienna has another back spasm Henry takes her to the hospital. Damian learns that he is being sued. Bonnie has some ideas on how to discover who was really responsible for the oil spillage. Henry is forced to stand in as Geneva again on the show. Dusty and Bonnie get an artists impression from a witness and show the picture to Damian. The picture looks like Paul. Vienna notices that Henry has disappeared and doesn't believe Katie when she says that she does not know where he has gone. Lily stops Damian from going after Paul and Bonnie says there is another way to bring him down. After Dusty is unable to speak to Meg he tells Damian that there have been a slight change in plans.

Meg learns from Lily what Paul did. Noah is impressed after Luke shows him a script that he wrote. A furious Meg confronts Paul. Mason doesn't think that Noah should use the script that Luke wrote. Meg says sorry to Damian. Paul receives a call from Dusty asking him to meet him. Lily and Holden are surprised when Luke tells them he has decided not to return to school. When Paul shows up at the warehouse he is ambushed by both Dusty and Damian. Meg decides to try and stop Dusty and Damian from doing from what they have planned for Paul. Luke isn't happy when Noah tells him that Mason doesn't want to use his script. Damian tells Dusty that there has been a change of plans. Barbara tries to find out from Bob if the microchip is causing Paul's memory loss. Barbara calls Meg and asks her to come see Paul. Brad learns from Katie about the press conference. Meg believes that Paul is pretending to have lost his memory but is shocked when he does not recognize Eliza. Brad sees Geneva coming out from a room that Henry booked. Barbara blames Meg for what has happened to her son. Brad tells Vienna that he thinks something might be going on between Henry and Geneva. Meg isn't happy when Dusty shows up at the hospital to see Paul and tells him to leave. Katie asks Henry if he is prepared to loose Vienna by being Geneva. Meg shares her concerns with Damian. Vienna ends up arguing with Geneva and everyone is surprised when they find out she is really Henry. Damian offers to get the best help available for Paul.

When Sage finds the letter she opens it. Henry tells Brad and Katie about his mother showing up in town and asks them for help in dealing with her. Janet tells Jack about the letter and discovers that it has disappeared. Sage runs into Teri at the train station when she decides to go see Carly. Jack is relieved when Teri brings Sage home safely.

Janet isn't happy when Parker tells he cant work today and she is forced to ask Liberty to fill in for him. Liberty thinks her mother is feeling sorry for herself as Teri has ended up much cooler than she is. Henry attempts to explain his mother's motives to Jay. Liberty wants to hang out with Parker after his photo shoot is finished but Rosanna tells her he is too busy. Teri decides not to take the television job and when she finds out that Brad was going to offer her sister the position she thinks she would be perfect. Audrey goes to the hospital to find out if the DNA results are in yet. Rosanna is impressed by how the pictures turn out and Parker wants her to e-mail them to Carly so that she can see them. Henry finds out something interesting. Janet decides to turn down the job because she thinks Brad and Jack just came up with the idea to cheer her up. Brad is able to convince Janet that he really does want her for the job.

Noah returns to Oakdale. Maeve and Eb agree to take Holden to the place where Skaggs hid the cash. Meg makes plans for a picnic with her daughter and Damian. Lily thinks that Damian is Holden. Lily isn't ready to get rid of Holden's clothes. Damian tells Lily how he feels. Meg thinks that Damian is after Lily. Holden's plan to escape goes wrong. Noah works out that Luke is jealous of his friendship with Mason. Meg tells her mother that things between her and Damian are over and it is Lily's fault. Eb doesn't want Maeve to give Holden any food until he tells them where the money is.

Craig receives an apology from Rosanna for thinking badly of him. Janet manages to find Liberty as she is about to have the abortion. Henry tries to find out from his mother if she is responsible for what has happened to James. Emily explains to Paul why she turned down his marriage proposal. Barbara is shocked when she hears that James is dead and then finds out that he didn't change his will. After Barbara tells Paul what happened he tells her doesn't want his father's money and that Henry can have it. When Faith refuses to go to the tree planting ceremony, Lily asks Luke to talk to her and find out what is wrong. Holden offers to give Maeve money from his bank account. Brad is pleased that his daughter turned down Parker's proposal and thinks that she is finally growing up.

When Paul wakes up he discovers that Emily is not in bed next to him and when he realizes the date he knows where she has gone. When Damian acts oddly after the phone call, Lily wonders what is up. Holden is taken back to the house by Eb. Jack explains to Meg that he has to be careful because he doesn't want to end up pushing Damian into Lily's arms. Holden tries to convince Eb to try again to get Lily to give him the money. Paul catches up with Emily and tells her that he too remembers that is three years since they lost their daughter. Luke is pleased when Lily tells him that Damian will be out of town for a few days on a business trip. Meg wishes that she could just not care about Damian. Emily and Paul talk things through. Luke takes a call from Eb saying that he has Holden and that he wants $100,000 or Holden will die. Eb knocks Officer Grady out after he finds Maeve and Holden. Eb heads off to get the money. Eb approaches Damian thinking he is the person that Lily has sent with the money. When Luke and Jack show up they see Eb pointing a gun at Damian.

Damian ends up getting himself shot when he saves his son's life. Holden informs Maeve about the way he met Lily and how they fell in love. Lucinda doesn't want Lily getting her hopes up that Holden is still alive. Luke and Jack are lied to by Damian who tells them that Officer Grady told him that Holden had been driving whilst being drunk. Meg finds the letter that her brother supposedly wrote in Damian's room. Damian wants to return to Oakdale and get the treatment he needs there and he thanks his son for giving him another chance. Holden tells Maeve he has an idea of how they can get out of here. Meg shows the letter to Lucinda and wonders why Damian hasn't had it analyzed to see if Holden really did write it. Jack fills Lily in on what happened. Lucinda shows the letter to Jack. Holden wants Maeve to help him get out of the chains which are holding him. Jack discovers that Damian has been lying. When Ed returns he sees Maeve kissing Holden and he orders her to tie him up as they are leaving.

Margo is upset when she finds out that Adam left Oakdale.

Janet is worried that Brad is going to spoil her plans. When Faith finds Jack he tells her to lock herself in whilst he goes to find out what is going on. Lily is knocked out by Eb. Damian throws Eb across the room and he is impaled on a fire poker and dies. Maeve wants Holden to make love to her but he refuses. When Jack shows up he tries to find out if Lily and Damian are OK. When Craig goes to see Carly he finds Rosanna already there and he is worried that Rosanna has told her what happened between them. Damian is thanked by Faith for saving her and her mother's lives. Craig learns from Rosanna that Carly refused to see her. Holden and Maeve try unsuccessfully to escape.

After managing to get Holden out, Maeve takes him to a nearby hospital where she asks her friend for help. Liberty tells her mother to have her own child with Jack if she wants a baby. After leaving Holden art the hospital, Maeve goes back to the cellar and takes the money. Lily's children give the marriage their blessing. Maeve returns to the hospital to say a final farewell to Holden.

Noah informs Luke that Mason quit and that his replacement doesn't like his screenplay. Luke thinks that Noah should get Mason back. Emma refuses to give Lily her blessing to marry Damian and refuses to go to the wedding. Meg is surprised when Damian informs her and he and Lily are getting married. Holden wants Renee's help in getting out of the hospital so that the police wont be able to question him about Maeve. Noah asks Mason why he quit as his adviser. Mason offers to help Noah find locations for the film. Emma tells her daughter that she has been used by Damian. Lily is happy when her mother shows up to see her get married. Noah misses Luke being best man at the wedding and he blames Mason. Damian wants Meg to leave before she makes a fool of herself when she shows up at the wedding. Henry leaves Barbara to go to the hospital to see how Vienna is. Dusty reminds Ralph about what happened. Some flowers arrive at the hospital and Henry discovers that Ralph sent them. Parker is furious when he catches Craig and Rosanna sharing a kiss. Henry shows his mother the note in the flowers after she shows up at the hospital. Dusty asks Bonnie if she has ever heard of Ralph. Katie informs Henry she knows where he was at the time of the fire. Parker wants Craig to agree to have nothing else to do with Rosanna. After Henry takes Vienna home he is surprised by a visit from Barbara. Audrey talks to Ralph about the fire and says somebody could of been seriously hurt. Emily wonders if Liberty will agree to move to California with her and Paul. Ralph is given a cheque by Henry. Margo notices that Craig has brought Rosanna to the baby shower and offers her some advise. Katie gets herself into a tight squeeze. Janet isn't happy when she finds out what Paul and Emily are planning. Liberty learns from Parker the truth about him no longer having the money to afford the apartment. Brad wonders where his wife is when she is late for the baby shower and asks Henry where she is. When Katie sees a vision of her son grown up she asks him to help her. Maeve lies to Lily and tells her that Holden is in the shower. When Holden returns he finds out that Lily paid a visit. Maeve tries unsuccessfully to make Holden see that he should be with her instead of Lily. Margo goes to see her sister. Dusty leaves a message for Margo telling her he set a trap for Ralph. Henry finds Teri tied up and thinks that Dusty is helping Ralph to escape. Ralph manages to escape as Margo shows up at the Lakeview with Teri. Ralph is finally recaught and is arrested.

Rosanna shows up when she decides she doesn't want Craig telling her sister alone but he gets her to leave. Rosanna isn't happy when she finds out that Craig backed out of telling Carly the truth. Mason tells Luke that when the film is finished Noah will be fair game. Meg kisses Damian as Lily shows up and knocks on the door. Luke tells Noah about his confrontation with Mason. Carly returns and sees Craig and Rosanna together and wants to know how long they have been sleeping together.

Carly wants Craig to tell her if the affair with Rosanna started before she left for rehab. Janet shows up at the hospital to make sure that Katie gets home safely. Jack runs into Ben in Philadelphia. Brad's ghost continues to haunt Henry. When Henry sees Katie whilst out in Old Town Brad's ghost tells him to stop her from leaving. Henry lets Katie know that Brad's spirit is communicating with him. Dusty thinks that Janet should puts things right with her sister. Carly works out that Jack knew about her sister and Craig's affair. Jack tries to help a man who is threatening to kill himself. Katie thinks that Henry is lying. Carly finds out that Jack has left Oakdale for a while. Henry thinks that Brad should show himself to Katie. Carly wants Rosanna out of her house. Ben calls Carly to find out why Jack is acting oddly.

Ben learns why Jack has been acting so strangely after Carly tells him about Brad's death. Alison and Hunter are told by Emily that she would like them to be more like a family unit. Casey wonders why Maddie hasn't left town. Rosanna turns down Craig's offer of living with him. Both Alison and Hunter turn down the offer to move into Fairwinds with Emily and Paul. Jack tries to talk the man out of jumping. Carly is surprised when Parker tells her about the baby that Liberty lost. After Carly sees Jack on the news trying to talk the man down she heads off to Philadelphia. Rosanna informs Craig that Parker told her that Carly as gone to Philadelphia after Jack. Craig is concerned that Carly might have started drinking again. When Hunter sees Maddie with Casey he wonders what Maddie sees in him. Casey informs Hunter that he and Maddie are going to try and make a go of things. Hunter is urged by Emily to go after what he wants. Craig and Rosanna follow Carly to Philadelphia and she has them arrested. Alison is surprised.

Emily is able to convince Paul to invest in the idea though. After Hunter asks her, Maddie tells Casey. Katie is worried how she will bring up the baby alone. Brad is frustrated that he can not communicate with his wife. After reading a note that Henry left, Katie begins to wonder if he really is communicating with Brad.

Janet is upset that Jack wont take her calls and that Carly was in Philadelphia too. Jack travels to Greenville in South Carolina to see Mike Kasnoff where he finds out he is now married with a daughter. Craig and Rosanna are bailed out of jail by Margo. Katie goes to see Henry and tells him she wants to hear what Brad has to say. Margo works out that Barbara and Henry had an affair. Carly manages to get through to Jack and then gives the phone to Janet. Instead of appearing in Katie's house, Brad finds himself in a church. When Craig returns to Oakdale he tells Carly that it is his turn to have some fun now. Henry is forced to lie to Katie but she catches him out and tells him to leave. Carly thinks she can win Craig back whenever she wants from her sister. Jack learns of Mike's plans to try and raise some money for his family.

Jack wants to know why Mike is lying to his wife. Rosanna goes to see her sister to try and sort thing out and Craig works out where she has gone. When Mike suggests that Simon is the person who could help Katie, Jack dismisses the idea. Mason goes to see Luke to talk. As Mike is being hassled by somebody he owes money to Jack sees it. Luke watches Noah's film and Mason wants to know if the kiss looks innocent to him. Parker receives a call from Carly telling him she is leaving Oakdale for a short while to bring Jack home. Mike tells Jack that unless he wins the race prize money he will loose his house. Carly meets Mike's wife who tells her that Jack needs her help right now. Jack knocks Mike out so that he cant take part in the race. To keep Meg quiet, Damian kisses her.

Noah tries to find out from Luke he he spoke to the Dean. Carly tries to talk Jack out of taking part. Noah learns from Mason that he has been fired. Luke finds out from his father that it was him who spoke to the Dean. Jack manages to win the race. Meg hears Lily asking Damian to move in with her. After Mason confronts him, Holden tells him that it Damian that he needs to speak to and not him.

Meg listens in as Damian agrees to move back in with Lily and then he sees her. Luke is worried about Noah. Dusty comes to Liberty's rescue when she gets herself in trouble at bar. Damian thinks that Lily should talk to the kids before he moves in. Dusty comes up with an idea for Liberty to write her essay about. Damian isn't happy with Meg. Holden calls Lily and tells her about Noah's accident. Luke ends up hitting Mason after he accuses him or ruining his career. Janet finds out about her daughter going to bar instead of the library. Holden tells Lily that it is Damian's fault that Noah is in hospital. Luke is told that only Noah's aunt can consent to him having the surgery he needs. Damian is warned by Meg that moving back in with Lily is a mistake. After reading her daughter's essay, Janet is proud of her. Dusty has an allergic reaction to some pizza casserole that Teri has made. Damian wants to adopt Noah.

Craig runs into Carly in a bar and asks her to return to Oakdale with him. Holden learns of the plan to adopt Noah so that Lily or Damian can consent to him having the surgery that he needs. In his request to find Simon, Jack asks a reporter for help and she turns out to be Molly McKinnon. Holden wants to know if Luke knows about the idea to adopt Noah. Molly tries to help Jack in his quest to locate Simon. Carly wants Craig to call Rosanna to tell her that he has managed to find her and to tell her that they are in a hotel room alone. Jack goes to an important press conference with Molly that she wants to attend. Meg informs Damian that Noah's recovery could be a long process following the surgery. Rosanna wants to marry Craig as soon as possible. Molly ends up loosing her job and Jack calls Carly telling her that Molly needs her help.

When Katie goes to see a psychic, Brad hopes he will get the chance to talk to Katie. Lily is told by Holden that he will move the children out if she lets Damian move in with her. When Noah wakes up he can't see anything and he tells Luke he wants to be alone. Lily refuses to give into Holden's threats. Margo learns from Katie that she is going to hold a seance. Noah refuses to talk to Luke. Lily learns from Damian that Noah cant see following the surgery. Brad tells Henry that a physic is trying to rip Katie off but Henry replies that he cant warn Katie because she has a restraining order in place against him. Holden is convinced that his sister is not telling him what she knows. A furious Brad is able to knock the physic out of his chair. Margo wonders how Henry knows that her sister is seeing a physic. Noah refuses to agree to the adoption. Damian informs Meg that he will tell Lily the truth when he thinks the time is right. Margo thinks that her sister should trust her instincts and she thinks that perhaps Brad's spirit was really there. Noah ends up reluctantly agreeing to let Damian and Lily adopt him. Meg wants Damian to show his appreciation. When Henry leaves the police station he is followed.

Brad is still unable to show Katie that he is here. Jack and Carly are in Pittsburgh looking for Simon. Molly is reunited with Holden and he thinks she should come back to Oakdale. Dusty informs Teri that she needs to be at Ralph's hearing to testify against him. Janet fills Katie in on Jack being with Mike Kasnoff in South Carolina and that he still has not returned home. One of Ralph's men confronts Henry. Molly doesn't think that she will be welcomed back to Oakdale after everything she has done over the years there. Carly and Jack manage to get a lead on Simon. Dusty talks to Janet about Teri being scared to testify against Ralph. Brad manages to break a vase over the man's head who is threatening Henry. Henry goes to see Katie and he refuses to leave. Henry is able to get the baby to stop crying. Janet tries to support her sister. Carly is surprised by Simon's sudden appearance.
