When Katie wakes up she finds her sister there who tells her not to take anymore sleeping pills. Noah tells Luke that he is going to feel really uncomfortable with everyone staring at him at the Thanksgiving dinner. Jack is found by Carly serving Thanksgiving dinner to those less fortunate than himself. Meg tells Damian that if he doesn't spend Thanksgiving at the farm then she will tell her brother everything she knows. Rosanna and Craig tell everyone that they have become engaged. Lily wants to spend Thanksgiving alone with Damian. When Carly shows up at the Metro she witnesses Craig putting an engagement ring on her sister's finger. After Katie thinks she has seen Brad she rushes home thinking he will be there. Emma wishes everyone a happy Thanksgiving at the farm. When Katie returns home she finds Simon waiting there to see her.
