Lucinda shows up and stops her daughter from telling Holden about Gabriel. When Jack and Janet return to Oakdale they learn that Carly's business was on fire. Carly doesn't want Parker telling Jack what he told her. Jack thinks that Carly is hiding something. Lucinda isn't happy that her daughter has told Craig the truth about Gabriel. Liberty is conflicted at being friends with both Gabriel and Parker. Craig clashes with Lucinda and tries to strangle her. Jack is put in charge of the investigation and Parker listens in as Margo tells him to find the person who knocked Gabriel out. Lucinda warns Holden that Craig could go after Lily. When Carly discovers Craig in the burned out Monte Carlo offices she asks if what happened was an accident.
