Luke doesn't want to leave the hospital until he knows that the surgery was a success and that Chris is going to be fine. Lily informs Holden about Chris getting Reid's heart and Luke not wanting to see anyone at the moment. Kim and Bob learn from John that the surgery has gone well. Lucinda tries to convince her daughter to put their problems behind them so that they can be there for Luke. Alison contacts Noah to fill him in on everything that has happened. When Luke finally leaves the hospital and returns home, Holden and Lily offer him their support. Lucinda is found at at the Lakeview having a drink by John. Luke learns that he cant make arrangements for Reid's funeral without the consent of one of his relatives. Katie talks to Margo that she is relieved that Chris is going to be fine and she also talks to her about Reid. After Lily and Holden discover that Reid has an uncle called Angus living in Brooklyn they decide to to find him. Alison thinks that Noah should offer Luke his support whilst he's grieving.
