As The World Turns: Ep. #11949

Alison seeks out an ice cream parlor she used to frequent with her dad when she was younger. When she arrives, she realizes it has been turned into a luncheonette/pool hall. She tries to get a job but has no luck. A shady looking man named Richie offers to recharge Alison cell phone after overhearing that her battery is dead. Though Alison refuses his offer, she makes up a fake identity and lets him buy her something to eat. Later, Richie grabs her wallet and pulls out her ID. He threatens to expose her if she doesnt sleep with him. When Alison calls home, Susan tries to cover, but Jack clues in. Although he begins the trace, Alison immediately hangs up. Susan alerts Emily that Alison is in downtown Chicago. Chris and Emily head to the same ice cream parlor but see it is now a dive. Emily dismisses the dive, stating that Alison wouldnt go into a place like that. Carly informs Jack about her doctors appointment but he dismisses her and does not volunteer to go. Mike, on the other hand, is excited to accompany her. When Mike gets to the hospital, he notes to Dr. Schiller that he is the father. Molly gets upset when she catches a tender moment between Carly and Mike. Molly confesses to Kim that she still loves Mike. Kim tells Molly that she needs to persuade Jack that he should be a part of the babys life. Molly goes to see Jack and convinces him to be with Carly at her doctors appointment. Simon hires Bambi to play out a seductive scene with him while Henry tapes the fabricated affair. Before they begin Henry questions Simons motives and Simon finally comes clean explaining that Katies life is in danger. Katie follows Simon and catches him with Bambi. When Katie questions Simon, he says that he wants to be free like Bartleby. Katie gets mad and storms off.
