Nancy advises Joe to explain to Rose why he couldn't tell her about being adopted. Nancy calls Lucinda and arranges a surprise visit for Rose from Joe. A melancholy Rose recalls her happy time with Holden and the kids. Joe shows up at Rose's door to talk to her. She assures him that she doesn't hate him, but feels like her entire life is based on lies. Joe apologizes and hopes Rose won't repeat his mistakes by shutting him out now. She agrees to let him back into her life. Meanwhile, Lucinda and Nancy bond over the Rose situation. A skinny-dipping Holden and Lily run into Jen and Bryant, who inform them Rose is staying with him. When Lily and Holden leave, Jen and Bryant consider skinny-dipping themselves. Things heat up between them, but Jen puts on the brakes, insisting she's not ready to make love. Bryant understands, although frustrated. Later, when Bryant gets aggressive with Jen again, she takes off and Bryant goes after her. Lily wonders if Holden misses Rose, but he insists he doesn't. Holden pulls Lily into a passionate kiss, but they both wonder if things will ever be okay between them. Molly has a dream of Vicky screaming behind a door and wakes up startled. Abigail and Carly try to console her. Molly is certain that it wasn't just a dream; Vicky is trying to contact her. When Abigail and Molly fill Carly in on the weird phone calls and the connection to the black box recording, Carly doesn't believe it and wonders who is making the crank calls to Molly. Over ice cream sundaes, the three women brainstorm and come up with Emily as the likely culprit. Molly is relieved that she isn't losing her mind and plots revenge against Emily.
