Bryant leads Lucinda to believe that he's on his way to work at the City Times. At Java, Isaac trains Bryant, who wonders why Isaac gave him the job. Isaac finds out that Bryant also accepted Lucinda's job offer and orders him to come clean with her. Once Lucinda realizes that Bryant hasn't shown up for work at the paper, she searches for him. Bryant returns home and admits to Lucinda that he's taken a position at Java. She's not thrilled, but realizing how determined he is to keep the bartending job, she backs off. Lucinda visits Isaac and although he doesn't confirm it, she suspects that Craig is responsible for Bryant's job at Java. Craig encourages Carly to forgive Jennifer in order to get back into the Munson home and closer to Parker. Carly knows that Craig has his own ulterior motives, but decides to go to see Jen. At the Munson home, Carly realizes how badly Jennifer feels about the accident and is moved to forgive her. After renewing their friendship, Jennifer allows Carly to take Parker for the day. Hal returns home and lashes into Jen - especially when he finds out that Carly is living with Craig Montgomery. Carly returns to find Parker in a virtual kiddie paradise which Craig has created. Carly is grateful to Craig for making Parker's visit special. Hal shows up and finds Parker in Craig's arms. Meanwhile, a distraught Jen goes to see Bryant. Molly is unnerved by another disturbing call. Jake returns home with the news that David is dead, but Molly is shaken by the fact these calls happened after David was supposedly killed. Jake tries to comfort Molly and they head to the Snyder farm to get Abigail. Holden is determined to keep Abigail there with him and blames Molly for putting their daughter in danger. Jake appeals to Holden that Molly is really a good mother, though unconventional. Molly and Abigail are thrilled when Holden agrees to let Abigail live with Molly again.
