Katie finds out she's won an Endicott for her stalker coverage and blows off Henry yet again. Molly tries to make peace with Jake, who insists she shouldn't be wasting her time planning revenge. Molly is moved, but later gets sucked in again when a frustrated Henry convinces her to return to WOAK. Holden pours his heart out to "Lily," who intimates perhaps they should live apart. Holden vows to wait for her until she's ready to be with him again. After overhearing this, Abigail informs Molly that Holden and Lily are splitting up. Abigail fears she is to blame, but Molly realizes Katie is probably responsible. Holden reassures Abigail he and Lily will work things out. John asks Lucinda to organize an emergency board meeting to stop Andy's surgery, but Lucinda tells him the board won't back his objection to the surgery. Bob and John clash over John's treatment of Andy and Bob uses his power as Chief of Staff to approve the surgery. Bob wonders if Ben isn't trying to assuage his guilt about loving Andy's wife with the surgery. A shaken Ben assures Bob he can do the job. Andy takes Denise and Hope out to breakfast and presents Denise with a ring as a pledge to always stand by her. A guilty Denise attempts to be honest with Andy about her commitment to Ben, but she can't quite get the words out. John apologizes to Andy for not trusting him to make his own decision about his treatment. Andy insists he will follow his heart, since he's happier than he's ever been. Rose meets with Katie, who orders her to work harder at breaking up Holden and "Lily" and to fire Henry Coleman from WOAK. As Katie pressures Rose, Rose wonders what Henry has on her. Katie spots the portrait Simon painted of Lily and gets an idea. An annoyed Rose tells Katie to stop pushing her around or the deal's off. A desperate Katie goes on the offensive and angers Rose, who tells Katie she has the wrong attitude if she wants something from her. Suddenly, Molly arrives.
