Holden returns to town and after Lily speaks to him she is hopeful they will reunited soon. When Carly and Holden end up spending time alone the chemistry between them increases. Alison decides to take legal action against Chris. Noah stowes away on the boat that his father is escaping on. As Noah looks like getting through to his father about giving himself up, Luke and the police show up on another boast and Col. Mayer jumps overboard.
