In the first episode of the series, Ginger Foutley, the star of the series, gets invited to Courtney Gripling's surprise birthday party, and doesn't know what to give her as a present. Miranda, Courtney's best friend, tells Ginger to steal Sheltered Shrubs' bank sign. Her friends even offer to help her in this devious deed. But will, Ginger go through with it?

Meanwhile, Carl, Ginger's brother, tricks Blake Gripling into coming over for a play date so that he and his best friend Hoodsey, can spend the night spying on Courtney's party.
