Dwayne's last name is Cochran.

Macie's "family tree" has three pictures, two of which are her Aunt Bridget and a dog, which means that at least one of her parents isn't on there for some reason. (Speaking of Macie, she has an Aunt Bridget and, according to "Kiss And Make-Up", a Great Aunt Brigitte, both of whom look a lot like Macie, although Bridget probably isn't Brigitte's daughter as Brigitte never got married.

Carl is severely allergic to peanuts, but he eats nuts.

We learn that Ginger is one quarter Jewish on her father's side and the rest of her is Christian.

This is the first time we properly meet and see Ginger's father

Even Stevens
The title of this episode could be a reference to the Dsiney series of the same name. Tom Virtue starred on the series as Steven Stevens and the Stevens happen to be Jewish like Ginger (although she's half Jewish).
