Lois is planning her wedding to Dr. Dave with help from Ginger. Rather than being a joyous time, it's stirring up doubts in Ginger about the whole idea of commitment. And what's worse, someone is out to sabotage the marriage...before it even starts!

Recap

Lois and Dr. Dave get married. But along the way Daves mother tries to split them apart by hiring a woman/man named Nikki/Nicholas Laport. Also Prescott Gripling (Courtney and Blake's Father) got arrested for insider trade and the Griplings become poor. Ginger and her new family plan to move into a new house and the Griplings are trying to buy their old house...

We learn that Prescott is Mr. Gripling's first name.

In the end of this movie. We see Lois and Dave, Carl, Hoodsie, Macie, Dodie, Chet, And Darren grown up. Appearantly Dodie and Chet got married and have a baby together, Dave and Lois are still together. And Ginger and Darren got married and have a baby.

This is the first appearance of Carl's dog monster.

Dr. Dave mother tried to sabotage the wedding but fails.

There were two endings animated for the series finale. The producers chose to keep original ending. The other would have left the series open to new epiosdes. The second version featured Lois expecting a baby after the family moved to another house.
