Tom Silva visits a home with several severely cracked walls, and demonstrates a new system for reattaching plaster to lathe using a special glue and screws, then demonstrates sealing the cracks with joint compound. The device featured during "What Is It?" helps the plumber lift a toilet. After detaching the flange bolts, he slides the device around the toilet and fastens the safety chain, then uses the hydraulic jack to lift the toilet from the floor and move it aside.
